Nice build and unlike lots of the youtube crowd.. you use mechanical fasteners.. well done sir.. well done... always a mechanical fastner.. On my Def Techs thes speakers sounded fantastic..

Used MDF 21T. The internal structure is due to booming that may occur due to the shape of the lower opening.
