Thank you for doing that. It brought me more peace of mind lol
I have the black one and it doesn't feel like glass at all, is it only glass for other colors?
Good to see...I got the flip4 and didn't want to add any bulk at all to it so I got a dbrand skin and Samsung care+
Very underrated channel
had my flip 4 for 5 month now, and I love it!
is there any problems until now?
i want to buy one but the 5 ?
@@rasooljamal9140 yeah, I broke it a month ago unfortunately. Fell from my desk and the hinge wouldn't allow it to open fully anymore.
what about dropping it on the corner? my s10 cracked because i dropped it on the corner on cement. since the corner is so small (pressure = force / area), i imagine it would be absorbing the most kinetic energy
Finally someone did this, do a screen test please no ones doing it
Do you have any drop test that shows if a plastic/glass screen protector can protect the screen or not?
I bought my flip z 4 and dropped it from pocket hight (I'm 5'2) 4 days after getting it, unfortunately it completely busted the hinge and I was unable to open my phone any more than half way ended up a bit of an expensive fix 🙃
Samsung did such a great job with their newest tech - I'm impressed and considering getting the flip
I own a flip 4 and I had it broken 2 times. 2 times it fell from my pocket and the hinge broke from inside and could not be open more than 90°.
Few inches and the hinge mechanism went bananas.
Switching to fold 4 and then trying to see if the hinge is different...
Very disappointed 😞 on the flip 4 as per in the video seems so durable
Same here, small drop and i couldn't open the phone completely
@@joshuag236 got it repaired under warranty
@@trainyourbrain4420 yes but it was a nightmare. They lost the phone and it took a month to arrive to me
@@joshuag236 I can imagine, I hope you've changed your phone...
Thank u. I now have more confidence for my phone
OnDrop 5 the Fold 4 survived. I'm impressed. I have the Fold 4. my first foldable. this gives me hope. 😆
when is the battery test coming out?
😭😭😭😭😭 wow! Great video!
After the inner screen drop test, I thought the Fold shattered, but no it was my phone's broken screen reflection 😭
that's because the inner screen is plastic...
@@someonetooknuggets it got a layer of glass in it, the inner screen can crack. Plastic cant
Please with the iPhone 14PM do a battery test with AOD on and off to see how much battery it takes. I love this channel bro.
My fold 4 droped on the wall when it was close but inside big screen was fully demaged. Affter I went in sumsumg store and they change me hole exterior for 200$. Almost 18 mounth phone is working perfect. Thank you sumsung.
Consider if it had a case on as well 🤗
Really trying to talk myself into buying one of these as my personal phone and just move my 13PM into a work phone
Will you test other folsing phones like the Mate X2 in the future?
Since glasstic is more plastic than glass, I doubt that the inner screen on both phones will shatter at all.
My son made a foldable out of an Apple iPhone before the pandemic began...it was never the same again.
Such a relief, so if I use the fold with a case that has a hinge protector, it'll remain crack and scratch free by the time I'm gonna trade it in 😝
When are you going to trade it in? I just got my Fold 4 too and I don't regret it but I'm going to trade it in for Fold 5 if the change is drastic enough lol.
@@trstnhn As soon as the fold 5 pre order goes live. I just hope samsung will keep the pre order trade in and gift offers 😆
First phone i havent worried about a case on. Put on a skin for grip however as they like to slide out of your pocket on the couch.
Would using a phone case help?
