Suburban back windows were slanted, this is 2 cabs put together with extensions added to the upper window to make it the same length as the lower window area.
The originally dually axle didn't really need fender flares. They would stick out about an inch from a regular fleetside bed. That's what I would prefer. But nice truck.
Chevy never made such a thing. Must have chopped a suburban and added the back end of a truck. Been wanting to see if any tried to do this before WOW O_o
