MacGregor is a dunce who got to appear competent only because he went up against the Iraqis in combat. Macgregor has many contacts who know what's going on. I love listening to him. He reinforces most of what I suspect and he brings up concerns, like fair elections. bitcoin cant even funktion properly if the system stays up. the blockchain requires subsequent changes. means its non concurrent. it works now with beefed up nodes because the transactions are low. how should it work if as example whole of usa uses it? you want to wait days and weeks for a transaction? there is a technological limited how much you can increase teh computing speed of a single computer. thats why we use networks and parallel computing for complicated stuff. but since bitcoin isnt designed that way its impossible to use parallel computing since the bottleneck is the blockchain.

1. how can a deflating currency (final amount of unitss) work in a inflationary (debt, interest) economic system. who is willing to take the risk of lending money if the value increases automaticly?
2. how can a non concurrent algorithm (blockchain) work upscaled with billions of transactions per day?

bitcoin cant even funktion properly if the system stays up. the blockchain requires subsequent changes. means its non concurrent. it works now with beefed up nodes because the transactions are low. how should it work if as example whole of usa uses it? you want to wait days and weeks for a transaction? there is a technological limited how much you can increase teh computing speed of a single computer. thats why we use networks and parallel computing for complicated stuff. but since bitcoin isnt designed that way its impossible to use parallel computing since the bottleneck is the blockchain.
