10 മിനുറ്റിൽ സ്വാദേറും കിള്ളിപോട്ട സാമ്പാർ | Killi sambar for dosa ,idli( കിള്ളി സാമ്പാർ )

കിള്ളി സാമ്പാർ /പച്ചക്കറികൾ ഇല്ലാതെ Tamil style Killi Sambar / Tasty Side dish for idli,dosa and rice.
Today i would like share simple and easy 10 minutes no vegetables sambar.It is one of the famous Tamilnad brahmins style Killi pottu sambar without using sambar powder.It is best side dish for dosa,idli as well as it goes with Rice.
Ingredients ( ചേരുവകൾ )
Toor dal ( സാമ്പാർ പരിപ്പ് )- 1/2 cup
Turmeric powder ( മഞ്ഞൾ പൊടി ) - 1/4 tsp
Asafoetida ( കായം ) - 2 pinch
Coconut oil ( വെളിച്ചെണ്ണ ) - 2 tbsp
Mustard seeds ( കടുക് ) - 1 tsp
Cumin seeds ( കറി ജീരകം ) - 1/4 tsp
Fenugreek ( ഉലുവ ) - 2 pinch
Chana dal ( കടല പരിപ്പ് ) - 1 tsp
Curry leaves ( കറിവേപ്പില ) - 1 string
Asafoetida ( കായം ) - 1/4 tsp
Shallots ( ചെറിയുള്ളി ) - 20
Tomato ( തക്കാളി ) - 1
Dry red chili ( വറ്റൽ മുളക് /ഉണ്ട മുളക് ) - 4
Green chili ( പച്ചമുളക് ) - 2 to 3
Tamarind( പുളി )
salt ( ഉപ്പ് )
coriander leaves ( മല്ലിയില )
