Phantom lancer is great, fast diffusal would do already and you can get into teamfights, then go buy whatever that youre struggling (heart for survivability, basher and silver edge for bash/break respectively, i love PL, maybe a slight skill issue but i cant judge
The hero isn't great right now overall. He's actually quite good in turbos because he can get his required items fast and destroy everyone, but he's quite weak in the current meta.
