I get 76 rounds in my 75 rd drum 🤔. I kept thinking I was doing something wrong cause the old one, which got replaced by the new being defective, held 75. 😅 Not sure why it holds 76 but it does so and comfortably.
My Chinese made 75rnd drum will only hold 73 ends. The groove (that the bullet end falls into) needs to go about another 3/8th of an inch longer for the 2 bullets to seat down properly. I was thinking of using a flat punch to drive the indention of the groove further down. Also, that groove is at the end of the line. Have you experienced this before with the Chinese mags?
