- hola everyone ! I was not expecting all the beautiful gifts for this valentine's day 💘 so many blessings and a lot of new things for the farm here in Mexico.
hola a todos! No me esperaba todos los regalos hermosos para este día de san valentín 💘 tantas bendiciones y muchas cosas nuevas para la finca aquí en México.
I love that we can walk into our backyard and gather food from the chickens, fruit trees and walk up to the plaza for local sellers. It's the best feeling ever! Each animal on our farm is taken care of ethically and now we have baby goats to raise, and I am hoping to have milking goats in a year. We focus on healthy living with our animals, but we still have our fun with all the animals on the farm.

Well this episode was full of surprises . Baby goats, your son with his first valentines delivery, little chicks hatching. It was a full day of surprises. On your story of the boy going through the dump. Sad reality is that Mexico has areas of extreme poverty in past for the decades of corruption from its leaders. This president Lopez Obrador has done great things to combat corruption and fix some of these poverty problems. But it’s a slow process , but big strides have been made. You have such a huge heart and great intentions. It’s great to know thre are people in this world still wanting to help the less fortunate and make our time here better. You know you are raising your children right when they were willing and happy to give up sweets they were looking forward to. I will be praying for that particular boy and his family along with any others suffering. We just don’t know why but God is in control and if we are blessed in certain areas it’s definitely our job to shine light and share whenever possible. So many delights, and your experience with the boy at the dump shows how there is hope for humanity if we only remembered to see the humanity in each person around us, and loved our neighbours as ourselves. You have to be careful about the eggs hatching outside of the incubator. If they get too dry the membrane can shrink and the babies won't be able to get out without help. You also don't want them to get too warm in the brooder box.

Believe me, this also exists in the USA, especially now more than ever. I live in San Diego and the amount of homelessness and trash around my neighborhood is crazy! Not to mention I live in a “nice” neighborhood! There are kids your son’s age here already doing drugs…drugs!!

We have lots of goat farmers in the nearby mountains of Sierra de San Francisco where some of the oldest cave paintings are located. In fact, it's a world heritage site. The ranchers make and sell the very best goat's cheese

I wish I would have been able to film the first night they came to the farm. They literally climbed pur flat rock wall 😐😂 but the hope is goat milk in the future. We bought them from a goat milk farm 💕

In pur area kids are not required to go to school and if they don't you see them working. I hope he does go to school but he was very nervous when I pulled up. He came back when he seen my son but if I see him again I will ask my son to talk to him a little more and see if we can help.

I just want you to know that the federal government of Mexico has established a scholarship for every poor child in Mexico and an additional one for indigenous children who only have to attend school, it´s a shame that the children's parents do not keep them in school and even more so that they misuse the money that is to keep them studying.... i enjoy so much your videos...
