I have been working as an sde in a start-up, but i always had an inclination and interest towards the teaching field. So i had resigned and finally started teaching at a school. Now when I see the satisfaction on students faces after I explain something. It's just a awesome feeling. And also when they ask some question. Then it feels so good because that shows that are understanding the topic.

Jo students group banake teachers ko padane nehi dete class mai jinka maksad hi hai teachers ko paresan karna kuch bhi kar k unko control yah change nehi kar sake to iss situation mai ek teacher ko kya karna chahiyen.
Keep calm and focus more on those who don't disrupt the class. Students mostly do it to get attention. Even negative attention is ok with them. So don't pay any attention.
Here most of the teachers dont know most of the pedagogical approaches...21st century xlass room should be more interactive and collaborative bit moat of the schools inspite of the new policy.its just folding arms and sit quietly and listen to the teacher...
Why do social science teachers face a lot of challenges to cover up entire syllabus and delivering a effective lecture ?? Please tell me If a teacher studied geography ( hons ) ,, how this teacher can have equal subjective depth for other subjects of social science ??
The way of teaching is very effective.
