I have been working as an sde in a start-up, but i always had an inclination and interest towards the teaching field.
So i had resigned and finally started teaching at a school.
Now when I see the satisfaction on students faces after I explain something. It's just a awesome feeling. And also when they ask some question. Then it feels so good because that shows that are understanding the topic.

21st century learning happens only if the teacher student ration is 1: 25...especially for an inxlusive classroom...cambridge curriculum schools follows exactly the right way.
But 90% of teachers even can't manage 1:15 students also in the class .... 😂

First unke seats exchange kr de or fir bhi na mane tho second unhe handsup karke kada kade kr de😊
Keep calm and focus more on those who don't disrupt the class. Students mostly do it to get attention. Even negative attention is ok with them. So don't pay any attention.
