I believe the polynesians are Hamitic black/african in origin and they looked like the indigenous black Australians and few other meso American groups as they were originally Africans that migrated over to America but if that’s wrong then they were of Shem definitely not Japheth but they Polynesians are mostly likely hamitic as their culture mythology and general appearance in ancient terms looked very similar to ancient African culture

The descendants of Ham were not black. They were the Canaanites who were displaced by the Israelites and included other tribes in northern Africa and on the islands of the Mediterranean.

Sorry to tell you this but before the flood there where no dark skin people. The weather before the flood was perfect, not storms no deserts no heat all people where very light skinned to the point they don't exist. it wasn't till after the flood and loosing the extra protection from God and Noah's children went out and some in to the heat which caused them to burn. understanding scripter we are all the same today no person is looked at different in Gods eyes. you just have to open yourself up to Jesus and say I need you I repent from all my sins then sin no more.
