Very enjoyable video, both the sounds and also the soft warmth shared between the two of you throughout! Lymphatic massages are supposed to go one of two ways; down to the extremities and then back out from the major joint (shoulder, hips) when it's an issue of clogged nodes (you're forcefully opening them with pressure down the whole system, then remove the excess fluid that has been trapped), or from the extremities out to the major joint, maintaining pressure the whole way up, when you're just trying to address lymph fluid buildup. This seems more of a massage to deal with water retention (especially as her legs are not divoting from pressure; non-pitting edema is just water retention), and is no less valuable, especially for a pregnant woman. I was writing this as the video was going and was going to recommend some compression socks, but then got to the point where you brought them out and put them on her, so that's not as much of a concern; you might want to check their pressure rating, as if it's not high enough (they're rated in millimeters of mercury) and if they're strong enough they can actually prevent the water retention from happening in the first place. Either way, both forms of massage will move fluid through your patient's body, and it will get filtered out into the bladder, so it's not surprising it results in her needing to pee. Source: Taught by several trained nurses on how to perform lymphatic massage and the reasons why, as well as the benefits of a similar massage for general edema, when my mother had severe damage to her lymphatic system and needed massage to circulate and drain it after a mastectomy and related surgery in pursuit of a severely virulent tumor in an (unfortunately failed) attempt to reduce its spread via metastasis.

I wonder if it would be easier if you used sweet almond oil for slip. When I go get a massage they pour oil on the skin first.
