      Actually it's the other way around kung tama ang fasting mo. Mas lalakas at clear ang thinking mo kapag fasted ka.

    Dahil may nagkahemorrhoids(sorry sa kumakain) ako nung manganak, nagOMAD din ako nung madalas na itong kumirot pero dahil makilos ako or need magtrabaho, nagugutom tlaga, sometimes kumakain ako twice kapag kailangan, tapos coffee or kahit anong gulay, prutas or liquids lang sa pagitan noon. Nagchecheat kapag may okasyon na kadalasan maraming food (sayang kasi😅)pag may sweets or chocolate lalo, minsanan lang naman e, tapos bawi na lng ulit ng diet sa mga susunod na araw. Disiplina lang sa pagkain at galaw galaw din ng katawan ang kailangan to be healthy, samahan ng lots-a-smile😉

    Ako hindi nagdadiet. 3x a day parin kain ko pero binawasan ko lang ung amount ng kinakain ko. Tapos 2 hours walking every day. For 1 year nabawasan timbang ko ng 9kilos..

    Good yang FASTING 👌kala ko dati manghihina ako pero mas lmakas ako and yung knee pain ko nwala na mtgal ko ng iniinda

    Ako naman 8:16 fasting. Gumaling ung pcos ko naging normal menstruation ko.. effective tlaga fasting..

    Ako nga one meal per 2 days eh 😂😂 pero kada sabado at linggo lang, pag weekdays 2 meal a day 😂😂 naging normal blood sugar ko 😂😂

    Depende yan. Kapag construction workers or physically heavy ginagawa/work, di pwde yan, need ng food para maging malakas at makasurvive. Pero depende din sa tao at health condition, like me gusto ko gawin pero acidic naman un tyan ko

      Construction worker ako, pwede yan one meal a day. Sa una lang mahirap yan, dahil sinanay natin katawan natin a 3-5 meals a day.

      In the first place, an obese construction worker is a rare kind...unless tatamad tamad sya sa work at mataba sya pero ang mga construction worker are fit and need not to diet in the first place.

    OMAD is technically not a diet but an eating pattern. It's under the intermittent fasting umbrella. Yung iba, sinasabayan lang ng low carb diet or keto.
    I started OMAD 2 years ago and it changed me for the better. Tapos nung 2024, I started OMAD plus FSS fasting. 1 meal a day from Mon-Thurs tapos Fri-Sat-Sun, wala kong kinakain, tea or tubig lang. I did it for weight maintenance kasi I already lost my pandemic weight when I started OMAD.
    Pero wala kong food restrictions. I eat whatever I want pa rin, I just make sure na balanced diet lang.
    Nag-stick lang talaga ko sa disiplina ng fasting, tamad din kasi ko ng mga calorie counting eme 😂
    I didn't like the idea na umiwas sa mga food na gusto ko, talagang will power sa moderation lang ang kelangan. Para saken eventually, magiging small eater ka rin naturally kapag nag-stick ka sa fasting schedule mo.

    Fasting, OMAD, TWOMAD pa yan, its the best way, Were doing it at home and it heals our sickness and were fit than before coz we lose weight, Hindi sya Kalokohan coz you can see the results, Sagot ito sa mga sakit at paglose ng weight lalo na pag chubby ka like me, before 66kilos ako now Im 56kilos na lang,10kilos ang nabawas sakin, almost 4months ko pa lang gngwa ito coz i also have gallstones and it helps a lot

    masmadali ang omad if you pair it with lowcarb kasi hindi ka madaling magutom unlike sa high carb ilang oras palang gutom kana ulit kaya nag struggle yung iba mag fasting.

    Very effective yan dati nun dalaga ako one day a day lang ako then ung nature ng work ko lagi gumagalaw kya maintain ung body ko nun pero as a mom now hirap mag omad lalo n work from home

    4 years omad here 16/8 maintain ang timbang ko 29 yrsold slim ang katawan at hindi naging sakitin nung nag omad ako

    I do intermittent fasting, i limit processed foods and sugary food and drinks. More on fruits and vegetables.❤️😊

    1 to 3 months lang dapat ang OMAD then change mo na yunh eating window mo.. Ako kasi pinagsasabay ko OMAD and 2 hours biking medyo masyadong mabilis pumayat. Hehehe. Ngayon naman OMAD + Caldef + No Rice + 2 hours biking.. ❤️

    Yes its effective but make sure you eat the good quality food only. Take supplements too. Its not about what you eat its when you eat..

    Nag one meal na din ako,& limit sweet & Salt, nangyari pumayat pero na hospital at nag low blood😅

      😂wag mo bwsan ang salt,1500mg daw a day dpat.ung sugar,e mga cakes,candies,ice crim,etc na mga mttaas sa carbs ang alisin.ginwa ko din dati ung halos wl ng salt,ung sugar kaya ko yan,kse d ako mhilig dyan.ang nangyri nanghina ako ng 2do at sobrang nhihilo😂

    ang mahirap lang sa OMAD is kelangan talaga na balance ung diet mo. like kelangan may protein, carbs etc. , and kelangan mameet mo ung calories na goal mo like OMAD pero 2000kcal dapat total ng diet. kaya 16:8 na lang ginawa ko haha

    Sa mga christians nga they do prayer fasting for 20 days pero dapat un wala comorbidities and also it helps daw to detox..ako 14 days straight no food coffee lang and pag nag hypo ako fruits lang..gngawa ko to pag mga events na aattendan hehe

    Fasting recommended naman yan talaga kahit sinauna pa panahon p ng nga taga Israel nag fafasting sila .at alam kasi ng Dios ang benefets nyan sa katawan para sa tao body sickness healitself and cleansed

    depende yan from a lot of factors. also kahit mag exercise ka and eat 1 meal a day pero ung 1 meal mo is jolly spaghetti with chickenjoy eh may wala din :V

    Sa may ulcer hindi pwede yan 😊. If you eat & chew food slowly, eat in moderation, mabilis ang metabolism at hindi lalaki ang tiyan. Samahan ng 30 minutes exercise, core & Kraft training for muscles. I’m 53 pero ang katawan ko nong high school/ college at hanggang ngayon di pa rin nagbabago, kahit ng manganak ako. Tumaba lang Konti umabot ng 62 kilos pero mabilis Bumalik sa ideal weight ko na 48-50. Sabi ng Mister ko , 53 ka na pero ang katawan mo parang nasa 30‘s lang. Oh di ba compliment pa from husband. 😊

    okey din ang omad...less ko na iniisip ang pagkain unlike before...distraction din ang pagkain minsan pag may kailangan ka gawin tas puro pagkain pumapasok sa utak mo..addiction din kasi ang pagkain aminin na ntn...
    saka 10x ang sarap ng pagkain pag omad tas sabayan mo ng tsongki. the best!! ..ang sarap kasi kumain pag gutom ka unlike pag oras oras ka kumakain...magaadapt din kasi katawan mo sa omad kung talagang gagawin mo na sya...mahirap sa una kasi naka wire ung utak mo na 3 times or 5 times a ka kumakain..pero eventually mag aadapt din ang katawan mo,,mafefeel mo na less mo na iisipin ang pag kain..

    Mas ok nga na konting kain kesa madami. Kasi kelangan din mag heal ng katawan. Kakain ka parin naman basta healthy ang kainin. Kesa 3-5 meals a day nga puro junk or fast food naman.

      9 or 10 am. Bilis nyan. Sagad mo sa busog. Tas pag gutom coffe lang. Un dating gawa nanng tropa ko nung Buhay pa sya.

    Nakakapayat ang 1 day a meal dati kc 1 meal lang ako kumain kasi wala akong gana kumain so patotot tlga ako.. pero since nasama ako sa mga ppl na mayatmaya kumain hehe hirap na ibalik need dicipline..kc dpt maging lifestyle yan after maachieve mo ang result kc babalik taba kapag walang discipline hehe

    Me as a teacher na hindi pa regular, palaging Kulang ang tulog at Kopiko at Bread lang kinakain ko everyday except sabbath at sunday.
    Healthy pa ba ako nito?

      In a long run nope nit healthy, youre not hitting yhe macronutrients na need ng body. Basically you consuming carbs sugar and caffeine only

    Ginaya ko Yan nagkasakit lang Ako pumayat nga Ako pero anlaking gastos sa hospital at gamot ... 8kg pinayat ko in 1 month
    Tapos Dami Kong Dr na kausap .. Meron ding nutritionist..
    So 3 meals a day Ako pero half rice lang tapos ulam lagi law salt and masabaw .. dun pumayat din Ako pero healthy way lose another 8kg
    Every meal ko Hindi Ako pwedeng ma full .. kaya half rice lang and sinabawang ulam .
    Pwede Ako mag miryenda no limit just no preservatives, less sugar less salt ..
    Until now nag loloose Ako ng weight Kasi small meals padin Ako
    Feeling ko lang ung lamang ko nahiwalay sa Buto

    OMAD taman talaga ang original diet ng mga tao nuon. Naging 3x a day dahil pinopromote ng mga food business para mas kumita sila. May history documentary yan.

    calorie deficit works for me, no crash diet, no deprived cravings, no nginig dahil sa gutom. from 54.80kg down to 49.35kg in just 2 months. I'm not a professional tho, skl baka makahelp sa gustong magpapayat🫶

    kung gusto ninyo pumayat. maglakad lang kayo ng 10k step per day Dito sa japan puro lakad ang mga tao kaya wala masyado OBESE DITO!. tatamad kasi ninyo! kaysa mag ONE MEAL A DAY PA KAYO!

    mahirap yang omad niya may carbs. buti nagwork sa kanya. mas madali ang omad kapag walang carbs at mas marami ang ratio ng fat and protein.
