Ok, that took me like 5 seconds indeed. Got myself a heavy screwdriver to do the banging.
Battery was gone and it still contained a couple hundred bucks. To the bank with it. Has been there for 15 years and I'm 30 now. Just couldn't be arsed to get it out. Has been in a thing in my different rooms for 15 years now, haha.
