I would love one of these! Sadly, the Pedaltrain Terra is the only size I can use right now. That said; once lumber prices go back down to normal, I'll see about a 50" setup from you.
Luckily, we don't use traditional "building materials" so our cost of goods have stayed relatively consistent. we've actually seen more increases in hardware goods, stuff derived from petro.

Is the ojai a standalone unit, or do you need the zuma with it?

Adding different chemical adhesives is generally a bad idea. You could screw in the back of the tape to board as a better option.

Does the dual lock mate with your proprietary Velcro?
Negative. Dual lock mates with itself. So you put the same piece on the device (power supply, pedal) and the deck side.
