Caramel Wrapped Pretzels| Wavy Pretzels| Tutorial| Caramel Pretzels| Fall Treats

Hello Dazzlers... Here is a tutorial on how to get the Wavy, Twisted, Delicious Caramel Pretzels.
I melt my chocolate in intervals til chocolate is 75%-80% melted so I dont overheat the chocolate. Usually this time frame works. If need be I will add another 10 sec at the end.
Intervals: 30 secs stir, 20 secs stir, 10 secs stir til melted.
Make sure to let sit for 3-5 mins to cool down. temperature should be between 88°-92° for most compound chocolates.

When I first did the caramel pretzels for the first time I used the kraft square ones and I had know idea of what I was doing but after I got done everybody loved them. You go girl. 🎉🎉🎉
