Is there anyone who is an expert on the subject of the band Priest and can explain to me how many vocalist changes there were in the band? who are they? I see many different names, Mercury, Linton, Ginger, among others, and that leaves me confused about the members of the group Help!
There have been 2 singers. Ginger was on the first 2 releases New Flesh and Obey. Linton Rubino then took over vocal duties starting with Cyberhead and then Body Machine and will continue being the main songwriter/leader of the band. He used to be the percussionist/Sulfur until the other 2 members left the band.
I actually heard him at a sound check with no effects this weekend, and he sounded good, he definitely can sing, but of course the voice isn’t the same as Tom’s. I guess the effects are to make the difference less apparent. Love the old songs and Tom’s voice is definitely unique, but I’m glad the band is still continuing, and the new releases are good too, love that dark dance energy. Linton is a good showman and has nice live presence.

LOL, Linton is great at production, but he just isn't a good singer compared to Ginger Khan. This is why hides it with tons of vocal effects.
100% agree, a few of the live videos if found on youtube have not sounded that good but I've loved them since I discovered them back in 2018
