Ingredients: 🫒🥕🧄🌶️🫑
1 1/2 cups couscous
2 cups boiled water
3 tbsp olive oil
Juice of 1/2 lemon and its zest
1 pressed clove garlic
1 tsp salt
Black pepper
1 tsp curry powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
2 cups cooked chickpeas
1 green pepper, 1 red pepper
1 medium carrot
2 scallions
1 medium bunch parsley
