  • This tutorial demonstrates how to compute descriptive (summary) statistics in R, such as indicators of central tendency (e.g., mean, median) and dispersion (e.g., standard deviation, range) and counts/frequencies. In addition, several data visualizations are demonstrated. Here, I demonstrate how to apply these descriptive statistics in the HR context of employee surveys.
