A lesser known Sabbath song, but imho, one of their best. And it's SUPER fun to play. Another masterful riff is found in Sabbath Bloody Sabbath, especially that riff 3 minutes in. It will tear your face off.
That's one I still play to this day for people who ask about my guitar playing. This track is so interesting and philosophical like many others but that guitar❤️
I can't remember the different years I saw Sabbath but one time the opened with song Black Sabbath and they were lifted slowly up onto the stage as they played it. Was awesone
I ve listened to several first reaction SUPERNAUT and by the time I arrived here I said to myself lets put on the headphones I swear near the end my nervous system started to melt and tears welled up I was almost vibrating. Black SABBATH is deep?!!!?$$
The epitome of simple intensity....... This has it all...... great everything.... It has what all metal tunes should have.... the quality that punches you right in the face and asks if you need another...
I remember when this album first came out volume four what a great album bring backs a lot of memories I remember very well I was 14 years old and it was in the fall of 1972 my friend play this album a party that he had at his house great memories
Tony Iommi was the riff-meister in his day. This is 1972 when a lot of people were still walking around wearing San Franciscan flowers behind their ears. They withered rapidly when confronted with this onslaught. The flowers, I mean, not the people. Eardrums never vibrated the same way after the Volume 4 album...
#Rush Moving Pictures The Camera Eye Austin TX. Rush has been my favorite band since my first time listening to 2112. I was in high school when Moving Pictures was released. One of their masterpieces.
Lol you've already did this song 4 weeks ago but its still nice to see someone enjoy a song that I've regularly listened to for the past 45 years. Still waiting for you to react to Iron Butterfly Live 🔥 a 1968 album, Filled With Fear and In A Gadda Da Vida
Awesome to see ya back on the Black Sabbath ride!, Rock da house...OZZY OZZY OZZY, Oh shit felt like I was back at the Ozzy concert(seen him twice live) lol. Cool for seeing Priest and Tool this upcoming weekend, cheers and rock ya later!
Not sure if you guys are familiar with the Black Sabbath album called Born Again featuring Ian Gillan (yes, THAT Ian Gillan from Deep Purple) on vocals. Treat yourself to some of the heaviest tunes Sabbath ever created... especially Zero the Hero!! You'll LOVE IT!!
Thank you Kel 'n' Rich , great video. If you read this, I've just heard a remix called 'Superfools' with Aretha Franklin over Supernaut, it's brilliant
I just saw a comment dissing technical extacy. That's a great album! Gypsie, you won't change me rock n roll Dr, dirty woman and to surprise you she's gone a mellow sad song that's beautiful.
Black Sabbath's last album with Ozzy from '78 Never Say Die, great album that got forgotten though I didn't forget it. The title song opening the album is straight rock n roll but short. You gotta hear the 2nd song "Johnny Blade" it will blow your mind not only musically but lyrically. The whole side one is great, the next song Jr's eyes then Hard Road. But you gotta hear Johnny Blade and listen to the storie of Johnny. You will not be disappointed, it will get you talking about Johnny's plight. Please don't let me down, I want to see you both react to this one!
Did you ever see The Rolling Stones Rock and Roll Circus from 1968 ? In it you had Jethro Tull with then guitarist Tony Iommi, and J.Lennon playing with Clapton, Mitch Mitchell, and Keith Richards.
Sorry, missed the chance to do a Double Reaction !...there is a damned good Cover Version of an "All Star Band " with Members of Nine Inch Nails,Ministry,Revolting Cocks,Dead Kennedys etc....#1000HomoDJs - Supernaut (Trent Reznor Vocal Version) : ua-cam.com/video/A5NunXMltyk/v-deo.html
#pagansmind - Revelation to the End - San Antonio, TX I think it's their most Black Sabbath/Ozzy sounding record, and it's incredible. Also one of the only Prog metal bands I like as much as DT.
Greetings from Ireland. I have been a subscriber to your channel for a while now. Thanks so much, really enjoy your reactions. Could you please do a reaction to Desolate ways by Morbid Angel (the studio version). It's an acoustic song from a death metal band called Morbid Angel. It was suppose to be my wedding song alas it was not ment to be. I think you both would enjoy it, especially Kel. Thanks for your time. Keith from Ireland
#Cathedral Serpent's Eve Chile. #PainInTheAsk Everything Is Gonna Be Alright Big Mama Thorton I could to those guys all day, and you two also, of course.
I know you guys did the red and the black the other day and it got copyrighted but I'm jooooonesin' for another iron maiden react! I need my fix! give it to me!!! Lol
Just put on a big pot of coffee and listen to black sabbath from the first album to the last. Make sure you cover all of it even when Tony Martin was on vocals. It's still good stuff
Hey Kel, hey Rich,I've got a little homage to pay the both of you, I'm certain I'll get a lot of flack for this from everyone,I have a DOUBLE WHAMMY Request, It's NOT METAL, but it does Rock!! CANADIAN ROCKERS FOR YA,AY!?! #LOVERBOYTURNMELOOSE #ALDONOVAFANTASY Ft.Lauderdale FL USA
#Down Eyes of the South NW Tennessee Down is what I would call southern metal or blues metal. Influenced by Black Sabbath and southern music, the intro sounds like ZZTOP but then turns into downtuned metal
How many animals wiggle when they hear music? I just watched 6 reactions to this track, and everyone has to nod and smile, especially the acoustic riff in the middle. I defy anyone who won't acknowledge the power of this song. BOOM!!!
Good morning, hope you are both well and having a lovely day. #Helloween Sole Survivor: ua-cam.com/video/cUrTH8XQXZI/v-deo.html from Hamburg, Germany but living and working in London, England. This high tempo highly emotional song hides a dark secret which has only really come to light and been talked and treated with regards to how Military and people caught up in horrific acts/war or acts of mindless violence try to deal and process what they have or are going through. I myself have not been affected, but when you listen to those brave Military Personnel, Police who stand in harms way to protect and give us our way of life, when you here about their struggles about how they try to deal with their pain and suffering it is heartbreaking and they need and deserve help in dealing with the struggles they are going through. I suppose like many things in life, when I was younger I didn't realise or understand the complete meaning of this song, however like the saying goes "never judge a book by its cover", I think here never judge a song solely on it's music, because for me the music shows the chaos, fear, confusion going around in this person's head, whilst all he is trying to do is express and tell of his pain and suffering but either he can't or is unable to do so, or because nobody is listening. The Song itself is just a brilliant song, however the lyrics for me over time and with more experience and understanding have changed my perspective of what the song means. Have a lovely day and thanks for your channel.
@ AEnima Because EVERY FAN OF TOOL NEEDS TO LISTEN TO AENIMA. ALSO "The Pot" is huge!! and then "Eulogy" & "H". Ok, I'm going to be annoying about this this week because of SUNDAY!!
Frank Zappa called the riff in this song the perfect rock and roll riff.
Vol4,what a dark,heavy,brilliant album that is.
"I've seen the future and I've left it behind"
Magnificent.
Supernaut is my absolute favorite Sabbath song!
Bill Ward proving once again what a beast he is on drums
More like on the cymbals for this one.
Ward beat those drums like Iron Mike Tyson because they owe him some money.
One of best.
The Writ is another Sabbath we need.
Oh yes
Cool track ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
This is the most underrated Sabbath album. A gem.
Most underrated ? That's Tony Martin era albums.. Headles cross, Tyr, Cross Purposes, Forbidden, Eternal Idol.
I'm gonna climb up every mountain on the moon and find the dish that ran away w the spoon. The lyrics are fire
One of the most badass riffs!!!!! love the caribic section
#BlackSabbath Symptom of the Universe
You so do this one, another brilliant song.
A lesser known Sabbath song, but imho, one of their best. And it's SUPER fun to play. Another masterful riff is found in Sabbath Bloody Sabbath, especially that riff 3 minutes in. It will tear your face off.
Not one of mine lesser known
#BlackSabbath - Wheels of Confusion
It's the first song off of this album (Vol. 4). Definitely worth a listen.
They've done it already: ua-cam.com/video/TW-BNACFdhA/v-deo.html
That's one I still play to this day for people who ask about my guitar playing. This track is so interesting and philosophical like many others but that guitar❤️
I can't remember the different years I saw Sabbath but one time the opened with song Black Sabbath and they were lifted slowly up onto the stage as they played it. Was awesone
Great reaction!
In my opinion Vol.4 is best Sabbath album
Snowblind!!! Can't remember if you have done it.
Im so glad that i have a record "aka" a vinyl disc of this album. No copy rights at my house....
Supernaut* Groovy as hell. It was John Bonham's favorite Black Sabbath song and he even once wrecked Bill Ward's drum kit while jamming with Sabbath.
krected. thangsss.
Got to see these guys back in 1977 time frame, and then again in 2016. Next level band. Love your channel!!
I ve listened to several first reaction SUPERNAUT and by the time I arrived here I said to myself lets put on the headphones I swear near the end my nervous system started to melt and tears welled up I was almost vibrating. Black SABBATH is deep?!!!?$$
Might be my favorite Sabbath song. Nasty/groovy riff!
I Watched them 1977 in Sweden, with AC/DC(With Bon Scott)
Tomorrow's Dream, The Writ, Hole in the Sky, Behind the Wall of Sleep.....
Thanks so much for doing this song! That raw sound is what I miss!
The epitome of simple intensity....... This has it all...... great everything.... It has what all metal tunes should have.... the quality that punches you right in the face and asks if you need another...
Don't forget The Wizard and Am I Going Insane by #blacksabbath. More memorable riffs, vocals, bass lines, and awesomeness!!!
A love song by Sabbath Sabra Cadabra
You got to do Dio era Sabbath Over and Over. Best guitar by Iommi
Over and Over, Lonely is the World, and the solo in ''Nightwing'' (Tony Martin era). Holy Trinity of Iommi.
# Black Sabbath Looking for Today 🤘🤘
Vol. 4.....kick ass album!
My favorite Tony Iommi riff! :)
I remember when this album first came out volume four what a great album bring backs a lot of memories I remember very well I was 14 years old and it was in the fall of 1972 my friend play this album a party that he had at his house great memories
Supernaut was John Bonhams favorite Sabbath song.
and Zappa's
Bill Ward is crazy underrated. Not saying he's as good as Bonham, but damn, that guy has a powerful groove!
Anyone who doesn't know that needs to watch 70 Paris Sabbath. I thought the drums were gonna bounce off the stage.
...and mine too
Tony Iommi was the riff-meister in his day. This is 1972 when a lot of people were still walking around wearing San Franciscan flowers behind their ears. They withered rapidly when confronted with this onslaught. The flowers, I mean, not the people. Eardrums never vibrated the same way after the Volume 4 album...
JimmyRJump best comment ever!
“The Writ” Thank You, Come Again! Lol
Every time I hear this song I want to bash my head on a wall!
#BlackSabbath Junior's Eyes
#BlackSabbath behind the wall of sleep
Riverside, California
Yes awesome
When this first came out this was one of our tripping songs as we drove around smoking joints and drinking beers. Fantastic still!!
Same, also the percussion solo parts brings you to see a lot of trippy color stuffs when you close your eyes. 😁👌
The whole of Volume 4 is fantastic as is the Never Say Die album
#Rush Moving Pictures The Camera Eye Austin TX. Rush has been my favorite band since my first time listening to 2112. I was in high school when Moving Pictures was released. One of their masterpieces.
Didn't expect that drum break, royt???
Lol you've already did this song 4 weeks ago but its still nice to see someone enjoy a song that I've regularly listened to for the past 45 years. Still waiting for you to react to Iron Butterfly Live 🔥 a 1968 album, Filled With Fear and In A Gadda Da Vida
Good to know i'm not the only one who realised that... 😅😆
Hey... I am the POSTER CHILD for a 15 year old, stoner, teen listening to this music. Imagine 1979...!! This is a great tune..
I don't think you have done any #UFO. Two classics you will love are Lights Out and Rock Bottom
Rock Bottom and High Flyer
Some pioneers of the dual guitar sound. I love Doctor Doctor. It's very Iron Maiden-esque with its guitar sounds. In fact, Iron Maiden covered it.
They are going to Iron Maiden, they need to know Doctor Doctor!
Whoot I am so happy you guys are reacting to this song !!!

Love "Zero the hero"
Don't forget Disturbing the priest
Trashed in one of my all time favorite Sabbath tunes. I saw them on the Born Again tour awesome show.
Thank you Kel 'n' Rich , great video. If you read this, I've just heard a remix called 'Superfools' with Aretha Franklin over Supernaut, it's brilliant

Favorite Black Sabbath song for Frank Zappa. One of their best albums.
“That fucking bridge!!!”
...is what I thought in 1989, along with Master of Puppets
My favourite is Spiral Architect from Sabbath Bloody Sabbath
freakin geezer killing it.
what a bass riff..wow
The Dio era is also well worth a look. Try #BlackSabbath Die Young from the Heaven and Hell album, it's one that is not often reacted to.
Computer God!
BTW, I still listen to it..
The riff
Sensational Alex Harvey Band
Give my complements to the Chef
Check out the first two "Montrose" albums with Sammy Hagar on vocals. Some of the best hard rock from that era!
