The human body wasn’t designed to be really strong, fast etc. image how much chaos it would be if a human would be able to break walls with bare hands or crush iron with bare hands.
I always thinks the body of human is optimized the most in nature. But now, i know that the bigger the animal is, the less energy it use, incredible. Thanks for the amazing video.

Why is this program called 6 'minute' English instead of 'minutes'?
We are using 6 minute in the title as an adjective to describe the programme. Other examples include 'a ten minute walk' or a 'two minute warning'.
