Swami Aparajitananda calls Meditation as the last leap into infinity - with body, using body and finally, leaving body.

Saatvic food in moderation acts as medicine.
But excess of any type of food taken creates toxin.
Shravnam ,mananam effective__
When bhoga is connected to 'karam yoga' while eating,
When desireless mind becomes dreamless while sleeping,
When body is flexible,peaceful n blissful while exercising!!!
It is then,perfect balance n cooperation of the above three,
Enables right posture during meditation n brings 'Asana Siddhi !!!
