- It can get a bit confusing when picking an exhaust for your Y62 Patrol. Will it be too quiet, will it be too LOUD, will it drone? Here’s my theory on exhausts for these vehicles and I believe there is an exhaust in this mix for everyone.

X pipe balances the exhaust gas pressure before the muffler and promotes even scavenging to both banks of the engine.
I want to see what it does with headers and high flow 3” Cats on the dyno with a tune.
