How do you assign owner to different queue based on criteria. For example if the case status is New then assign to Queue1 and if Status is Approved then assign to QUeue2. How do we achieve that.
Thanks It is more help full. When record assign to the Queue. Queue members will get standard notification email alert? For me not receiving email notification? Why? Is the flow is restricting standard email notifications?
Unfortunately not helpful in my case, because the requirement is "when a case is created or updated". In my case the situation will happen that someone picks the lead record up from the queue, so the ownership of the lead record has to change from a queue to an individual, because the assignment doesn't only happen when a record is created.
