Glen Hines welcome to the wondrous world of Jakub Żytecki. Have you heard their latest album? It’s even more creative, experimental and mature in terms of song-writing. The only negative is that it’s always a considerable wait (at least for the modern attention span) between albums.

This song in particular helped save my life. Six years ago, I was in a wicked depression. Totally content to crawl into whatever bottle of booze I could find and hope to not wake up. This randomly played on soundcloud and I was captivated right away. It helped bring fire back into my life. To the band, I cannot thank you enough. Please don't ever stop making magic!!

I went through a breakup and discovered these guys by accident...my favorite song, melodic and harmonic and lyrics are on point..Jakub solo is jazzy
Actually the singer is also the keyboardist (and a great one, by the way).
The guitar+keyboard combo in Journey Through the Hidden Gardens is just ridiculously superb.
Rafal belongs in Disperse, PERIOD.
I must have replayed this song a couple hundred times in the past few days. Still not tired of it!
I've been waiting this for half a year now.. couldn't be more satisfied.
I think that art should be enjoyed accordingly to the artists vision. If they are wearing makeup, it is exactly how they wanted to show their work! Impressive tune, thanks for sharing!

For anyone else hating on this band, I just have this to say: none of them are even old enough to drink (if my band's lead guitarist is to be believed), and yet here they are already making a name in their genre's scene. This brings about two points:
1. If you, as a dissenter, are older than them, why have you not shown us how much better you can be/do? I'm sure with you age, you have more experience, right? :3
2. Give them time, they'll become even more flawless in the years to come.
FINALLY some new music for people with more than 4 working brain cells. Vox could be a touch higher in the mix, but otherwise, wow, nice work dudes!!!

Incredibly talented musicians! Your music is just, well i dont really have the words to describe it but its tecnnical, its atmospherical, its intelligent...just beautiful! (Just to describe a few of the associations I have with your music;)) It is pity that not many people in this world can appreciate the beauty of what you do. It's almost surreal. Fucking amazing guys! Hope to hear more in this direction from u soo! :)

anyone notice how the mix on this is significantly different from the album version?
hell yeah other people notice it. i actually took this version, tweaked it a bit, and listen to it instead of the album version. i love the extra piano in the second verse. i like the mix of this and the video for Message To Atlantis waayy better (though, im a sucker for an alternate or a demo version anyway).
I noticed that too. Can’t say it was obvious enough for me to have a preference though. I actually thought they cut a few bars (like a radio edit), or is it just because I haven’t heard it in a while?

Man, this music has such a tough crowd when people are so petty, negative and shitty towards bands about their efforts. Kids are so spoiled and critical these days they don't even understand HOW to critique a band and what to judge so it has evolved into this idiocy gauging competition. Well you won the gold medal, blue ribbon - all of you negative, sad music "fans". We're lucky to have this band and the many others that have built what we have as a community, even just to hear this is lucky.

I find Disperse to be the most interesting progressive rock/metal band out right now. The guitarist is a monster and the drummer is too. Interesting chord progressions and song structure, I could go on and on. As far as my prog-rock mind can tell, this is that "new band" that I'm making my friends check out....

Misheard lyrics aside, the music is fantastic, Jakub's writing is so fresh. The video unfortunately is a textbook example of why I'm not really fond of music videos in general.
