Hey, can you just help me with ~ the difference between osteokinematics and arthokinematics ( basic difference) what should be included while writing it. For eg. I have a question from last yr paper : write osteokinematic and arthokinematic of elbow joint so what should included in answer for 200_300 words!!
Since it's a long answer you can start with explaining the elbow structure... specifically the articulating surfaces what articulates with what and then you can move on to explain the osteokinametic movement that is the movement of the bone and and can write which muscles are the prime movers and then write about arthrokinametic movement which is movement occuring at joint surface or articulating surface....you should also add a note about how concave convex principle is applied over here...how the roll and glide is in the opposite or same direction depends upon the movement of concave on convex or vice versa
brother, do you know the search of Perez Christian, she gives explanations about a solution of back lordosis for pelvic tilt forward so that the back must have a apex in l5 lombard, so that the man can more manage the pelvic tilt

Yea definitely I'll make video on it soon
@@MovementScience8 Thank you soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooòooooooooooooooooooooooooo much Anna 😁😃
How to fix pelvic tilt?
You don't have to fix it if it's not giving you pain
