Wow, touching video. I am amazed daily at the strength people have to reach out and ask for help - and thank goodness for treatment centres such as OATC who give people back the ability to reach their goals and take back the life they want.

Tom, be very proud of yourself for climbing out of the drug induced darkness and now creating a much better destiny for you, your girlfriend and your family! Your mother forgave you now you need to forgive yourself so you can release the last of the guilt. I'm sure you felt that same kind of guilt during your addiction. So, banish that guilt forever, let go of it's hold on you and you will feel absolutely free at last. Thank you for sharing you're inspiring story!!

His dad is still around. However our mother was more instrumental in the rehabilitation process!

This is a really cool video it helped me through a bad time.
It seems it's the quiet and nice one's that implode the most in this crazed world. Very sad, sometimes maddening.
