For some reason the space btw the cat and the rear part is way less in my duke 200 than the one you have there... I cannot do the wiggle movement to take it out

Nerdiasme lucky you! In Spain we have to go have it checked 4 years upon registration, and then every two. They check everything, and so do cops, non-homologated are a sure bet on fines at some point :(
That's really bad, also police not really into stopping bikes that make to much noise, we have lots of open pipes on Harley's driving around here, with apparently not much of a problem. I live next to a pub of a gang of bikers and they all drive open woven pipes for years. Open pipes save lives :))

do you remapped engine settings ? i mean do you changed ECU settings of your bike because now you are using freeflow exhaust and also not using catalytic converter

Guys guys why you bother yourself...if you want power buy another motorcycle...i have see so many videos with 125, 250,300cc...one exhaust silencer doesnt do any difference...(i have a Suzuki Hayabusa 02)...

Recommend, I don't know, it's all the same for a 125/200, my mate has the Devil, cost 10x the price and is exact the same, sound is all what is important, and it's not to bad. For the price I do recommend yes.

Then you will have to undo the front pipe part on your cylinder to make more wiggle room.

Hector Cazorla think it will work upto the "downpipe". That is gonna be bigger then this 125. It's the pipe connected directly to the cylinder...

You need to build the exhaust and present the bracket, to measure the hole, it's not to hard, you'll see!

You need to wring it open, it's though, but it doesn't need much. Put in some force...

I still do have my original here, for when needed.
