I think the Akraprovic he's a better thump note. Louder isn't necessarily better. Great vid bro

I have the RLS exhaust on my 2012 CanAm Spyder RT limited SE5 and Ricky at RLS hit a home run with it. I get alot of compliments on it's sound.

When I got my TBR headers for my 1997 Valkyrie I found them at a Honda dealer used!! The MSRP was/is $1200.00, I picked up the whole system for $150.00!!! Installed it that weekend, WOW it sounded great. That flat horizontal 6 sounded great!! The mufflers were 4.25 inch cans! Sounded some where between a small block Chevy and a Porsche. Those flat 6’s have a unique sound!!! Your exhaust’s sound pretty good too!!!!👍🏻

The first mod I did to my exhaust was get the lamonster cat-delete pipe. Paired with the stock exhaust it sounded good. But when Trying to decide between the RLS and a triple threat, I went with the triple threat , mainly because I don’t think anyone can get the deep tones right on that three valve motor. The triple threat exhaust in my opinion gives it that more of a high pitch F1 tone, But do not try to match it up to the Lamonster pipe ! If you go with any of these two, buy their resonated delete pipe. Way too loud ! But in all honesty videos don’t do any of these justice. Trial and Error , it gets expensive but it eventually works . Safe riding.

Martin I like the RLS but the the difference in the la monster cat and the RLS cat is totally different tone. I think the la monster cat delete has more deep richer tone. The RLS cat tone is nice but sounds artificial to me. The tone is really feathered and shaky. But they both sound good. I just hate that you say the back pressure is not as good on the la monster. I wished they would make a change to create a good back pressure to keep the torque level or increase it.

Thanks for all the commercials but i was trying the see what the exhaust sounded like not to listen to commercials.
In all 2022 videos i dont use video commercials at all... instead of that followers can buy memorebilia to get me going like that with useful videos.. lets see how many will choose this option.. i doubt anyone work for free in this world we live in... commercials are the one way to get paid at least to cover costs... but i wgot ypur point...
Hi Martin, what is the spark plug on the exhaust for?
As i have tuned the compresion ratio of intake fuel injection kit, and move the revs to 12.000 rpm, and istal tge magic carpet i need to have this spark plug 😆😆😆 noo, i will just have flames - or i hope so..and the kit needs to have spark plug on exhaust

Could you design a duel exhaust pipe, so there is two pipes, one on each side of the spyder..it would look good..

Between the Header Pipe & the Cat Delete where the Springs are ... Or between the Muffler & the Cat Delete? I still like to use a Baffle ... To give it some more Back Pressure! Yup, once the exhausts are here i will. I cannot say this to importer 😆😆😆 but i will. But withput cat delete as it would be not fair to do, on bike that is not mine 🤘🤘🤘

Ok the stock exhaust is meh to me but it's doesn't sound as good as the Akraprovic which sounds nice to me. The loudest is no duh the RLS. I myself the winner for me is the Akraprovic exhaust cause to me, I actually like that it's loud enough to get that bark that I want when I get a can am myself but not obnoxiously or stupid loud like the RLS that could wake the dead in the night. Then again it comes down to preference

That sounds awesome! But, how does this work on the spyder? Does it have to be tuned? Power commander? Etc?
In general no.. all of tge parts are plug and play. If you go for cat delete,you just remove catalyst converter and you can use it with stock exhaust. Or you can use rls or any other exhsust with catalyc converter - well any other.. i rather say rls or lamonster or akrapovic as i dont know what otgers really do... as for tuneing- its not neccecery but it may help. For tiny lost of backpressure you can put baffler taht comes with it. BYke will adjust by itself to new airflow, but if you want to be bit faster or get some more hp etc,. Tuning would help. PedalBox has nothing to do with ecu tune. It flashes tge throttle response. As for ecu flash i recomend DynoJet not real hard core old fashion ecu flash 😉😉😉🤘🤘🤘🤘

well i wonder if is possible not deleting the cat but substitute it with a sport (200 cells ) cat.
that would not make the bottom suffer a too much. (and saving a bit the environment)
Hmmm... i think everything is possible, and probably it would be more environmental friendly,,, but i dont play this game with environment and electric cars and stuff.. Mi bYke can run 24/7, 365 days and i am pretty sure it will not impact environment more than some diesel truck doing one trip for like 200km... or mining of 1 Bitcoin in china.... :)

That is akrapovic that BRP has in offer for F3 and F3s models. If you google akrapovic and spyder f3s and brp you will get this exhaust

@@s8t5v73 nope, this will not work without adjustments. :( ypu will need skilled welder in order that it will fit. In case you are intetested i may have one used for sale from Daytona eddition. Its Ok used,. But price is around 1200-1300eur 🤷♂️

The back fire sounds awfu on the first two they pop snap like fireworks and have no real glass pack growl. Also, test their performance on A Dyno for these exhausts to see if there's any reason to buy them.

hey I finally got my 2021 f3s special in, but over very happy but not about the exhaust and I wanted to ask from your experience having yours for a bit. I've only put a 100 miles on mine and the black coating is peeling at the back of two openings on the muffler, at the very back tip. not the outside but on the inside, is this normal or should if be asking for a replacement muffler under warranty?

That is kumho escta - and my recomandation - avoid it!!! Its teribble in the rain. I have moved to Kenda Kanine KR 20 now.
For my style of riding, primarily touring, the RLS is not something I would want to spend a lot of miles listening to.
And that is very true what you have wrote. Trust me, if it will be too loud i will swich to akrapovic on loooong rides 😁😁😁🤘
