Yes there are several types of trees in CT! As @howiekim1400 mentions Maple and White Oak and Red Oak, Eastern White Pine, White Ash, Sugar Maple, Yellow Birch etc. The Pequot Trail is right behind the Fox Tower and there are several one can explore!
