- Cabo Mexico gets blasted with the biggest swell of the summer while Blair Conklin (@SkidKids ) , Tyler Stanaland, Johnny Redmond and myself were there for the annual Switching Gears event put on by The Cape hotel (Which is situated right at the World-Famous Monuments beach) X Catch Surf! This is a glimpse of the action that went down in front of the Beefs TV cams. Big thank you to The Cape Hotel for the rad experience and all the locals that were shredding!

Thanks for the stoke and more laughs. Had a fun session in Pensacola a few days ago. The changing towel and hooded rashguard are the shiza! Might have dropped in on a few of those on my bodyboard. Not too many! Total sand hammer!

I remember about 15 years ago, being clueless and diving into that exact spot by myself alone at the solmar hotel. After 20 minutes of swimming I started to get a little panicky. Took me another 15 minutes before getting smoked when I finally was able to get in. I thought I was a great swimmer until that scary day.

Needs more San Jose Del Cabo and East Cape... There's plenty of swell - you just needed some reefs and points to get the shape straightened out...
