- Pro surfers and skimboarders score insane waves at the brand new O2 Surftown wavepool in Munich, Germany! Powered by the Endless Surf technology, this wavepool is incredible and this is a look into the shredding and fun that went down at the opening. Shredders include Blair Conklin, Dylan Graves, Adrien Raza, Leon Glatzer, Quirin Rohleder, Rosina Neuerer, Longboard guy, Finn Springborn and more! Special thank you to Blair Conklin @SkidKids for inviting me along for the rad event!

Mind bendingly Beautiful. I have been following wave generator pools sense the beginning and this is one of the most spectacular that I have seen. When will we see a man made wave that is truly heavy and huge? Everything so far is about the same size. What I am awaiting is something genuinely HUGE! Is a "Big wave" pool on the horizon??? - M
If I ever have a longer layover in Munich by some odd chance, I hope I remember this place and just go grab lunch there so that I can watch people like you on the waves, lmao...

If the surfers were to do a nose dive in front of the wave by accident can they potentially break their neck? Or is the water deeper than the two and a half foot depth it looks like?
It gets pretty shallow for sure! Most of the waves in this vid are on expert setting but they have beginner waves too which are safer 🤙

sports surfing makes me so sad. it's not about knowing the reef understanding the spot. Or having local knowlege tell you about it. it's almost like they need to call this wave riding instead of surfing.
Exactly, well said. It's not using all of ones senses or environmental factors like the weather into consideration, the tides or the rip of the currents etc. It's just acrobat tricks on water. The more tricks you do, the higher the score you get. Very sad.
But hey, Blair is amazing and Team Beefs are litter and environmentally conscience, an excellent crew, helping to make our world a better place...
