Joyce suffers from multiple lung conditions including Sarcoidosis and Emphysema, requiring years of steroid medication. That had an unfortunate effect of making her teeth crumble. We are hopeful that she can get what's left of her teeth removed soon and dentures fitted.
Very rude of you to draw attention to Joyce's imperfection. Everyone has a weakness: something that is not perfect. Some have crooked legs. Others shabby hair. . . ....
