The last house looks pretty tempting. If there’s no problems I really think that could be a top contender for you. A 20 minute drive is manageable if your ok with that. I made that decision when purchasing my house. I tried to look really close to my work but ended up 15 - 20 minutes away and the house I found was also the cheapest and the newest out here in Florida. I haven’t regretted it yet and it’s been almost 3 years. I purchased mine right before the housing prices went all crazy.
I think the houses got better as the video went along. To me the last house was a great house to raise a family in with plenty of space and privacy and open concept. It was also newer which should mean lesser problems hopefully.
Another vote for the 4th house. A 20 minute commute isn't to bad. The house is beautiful, plenty of space, a pool and yard space. Looks like the perfect home, pending an inspection of course.
Hi Alex, don't be afraid if a home is from the 60's or "old" as you say. Homes from that era were actually constructed better, using better quality material than they're using today. Believe me. If the home has been well maintained, it would still be a much better proposition than a newly built house. A newly built house will start to crumble after 20 years or less. That house is still standing strong it seems, and if it doesn't have termites, it would be a good option. You can always do small renovations internally to make it the way you like. As long as the bones are good.
I'd start the paperwork on that last home because it looks like it would go off market really fast! It seems more suitable for your family, nothing outlandish, looks very comfortable and manageable.
The house with the nice smelling flower looks good to me because it has a lot of renovations done in it, the price is worth the house even with the location. However, you might find another house (which might be more comfortable) outside Northridge but if you are sticking to the idea of you not wanting to be too far from office,I suggest you go for this flower house.
Hi Alex, I just wanted to say how heart warming it is to see you with your family in your search for a new house and thank you for sharing this part of your life with us. I've been watching your channel for a couple of years now as i do electronic repairs/projects as a hobby and have learnt a lot from your content so i thank you gratefully for that. i wish you and your family the very best of luck in finding your new home. 🙂 the last house in this video seems like the best so far!
the last house looks the best to my eyes and also the privacy is great and enough room for the kids to play in a safe environment which is also very important.
That last one definitely looks the best out of all of them. Even with a 20 minute drive to work if I were looking to buy a house, I'd reaaaally really consider that last one
Definitely the last one, and I never preferred having my house close to my work, believe it or not it makes me feel lazy going there. The last house gives you positive feeling and once you started to imagine where your furniture can be placed in it, this means this is the right one. Mabrook in advanced.
I think the last house is the best one. yes, it's 20min plus away from work but I think the happiness you'll get from being in this home will be worth it.
You can never change a location or a view, but the house itself can be upgraded and fixed - as you do for a living, just with other material! 😉I did like the last house best, it was warm and welcoming and with a good atmosphere. Wish you all the best and good luck! / Sweden
I liked that 3rd one, the 4th one (nice and modern - just not sure on the pink-ish bathroom lol) and the outdoors of the first one! You should see the size of houses in the UK lol - they are TINY! The quest for your daugters new house continues!! =D
1st and the last house are good, 2nd and 3rd house seems to have congested rooms. 1st and last house have wide area, tall walls, covered with trees which provide much privacy. the last house seems to have much better air flow and sunlight.
I live in Moorpark and frequently commute to Northridge, the traffic can get bad but not LA bad. The house in Simi Valley is a good contender for sure.
Hello from morocco(tounfite).I saw the 3 houses, and i see that the third one is amazing!even if its 25 minutes away from work, but it's the right place to relax in!.besides,I think it's good for you to walk a little after sitting for a long time!.I am a shopkeeper and I know the benefit of walk and changing the smell of the shop.I wish you a comfortable house and better life.
Like others mentioned, and you felt also, the last one looks like the best option from the others. Of course, if everything else is right with the house. The pool was also decent size and overall the whole property is renovated a lot. It's your choice Alex. Maybe you can find an other one, or looking more houses to compare with this? As I have seen, the kids also liked the house and you too. :) If you choose the last one, and everything is acceptable, then with God bless, I will be happy for you too!
I dont know regarding american regulations but before year 2000 in UK all buildings contain asbestos. Be careful when drilling and doing any kind of renovations.
i like first and last.. the first is so huge by European standards. Depends if you maintain or not. The last requires least maintenance and renovation.
I lean towards the last house. More bang for your buck and "quick initial inspection" seems to find no real issues. That savings could pay a lot of travel expenses for many years. I have almost always worked at least 20 mins away from home. The ride home is sometimes nice to unwind a bit. If you are used to running home for lunch everyday, that would possibly be a big change though! It looks great, happy house hunting! Let us know what you and the family decide!
at 7:20 Its a nice family house but its just too expensive for its size, its like buying a average soldering iron that comes with 3-4 average tips , but the tips glow
The last house gets my vote. Your youngest daughter is so funny but she also pointed out a lot of things at each house. She may grow up and become one of those multi million dollar realtors that only sells houses that are 20 million and up. The last house the pool would need a better cleaner than what was in there. I'm in the pool business in Texas and now going into phone repair business that's why I been watching your Channel. Best of luck in the house search let us know what you ended up buying.
Alex i think the last house is the nicest but of course have to get someone to check everything out because some of the nicest houses have lot of hidden secrets that they cover up or can't see because your only there for a few minutes and doesn't give you time to check anything else 20 min drive is not to bad as long as in the future it doesn't turn in to double or triple the drive time but some time it's because of the growth in population in some area's wish you the best in which ever house you get but last one is very nice and looks like your instinct kicked in the last house because you felt it you even said it your self on the video WISH YOU THE BEST ALEX YOU DESERVE IT
The last house was better than all the houses that y visited as of now even am watching in the phone i fell like more comfortable and its cheaper compared than the others
No comment on houses, only you will know whats best for you and your family. The beautiful flower at the last home I will comment on. It appears to be a Red frangripani. Good luck with your house hunting!
Some houses looks small but that's only because they are filled with fournitures and junk. The whole challenge of those visits is to project yourself into the house, without thinking of what's already inside.
16:52 OHH YEA that is great, and I like that there is laundry area, washing machine and drying machine, great stuff plus, office is sort of in a nice area, if anything goes bad, you can jump out of it fast
My advice is make your decision based on the location and the area of the house as long as it does not have any structural problems. You can renovate any house and make it modern but you can not change its location and area.
Last one is my fav by far, even if it would be 10min more far away from work; There's more privacy, area looks quiet, and looks more interesting for your buck. If the inspection isn't too bad, it could be a good investment I guess...
the last one if you run out option or in hurry. that flower we called kamboja in indonesia , to in cemetery very powerfull excellent smell in full moon i guess or new moon... wonder the security behind the fence on hiking trail...
1.18 is your house. Everything is awesome about it. And 20 min to/from work are perfect to relax driving and disconnecting from the world (of course, just if you like driving)
Hey northridge.. ...15:00... That hiking trail is amazing location. Im not sure how to explain ancient people and pyramid shaped mounds and monuments. But alot of things are over looked in location purchases.
18:30 Yea honestly this house so far would fit your "character" the best, its kind of private, concealed, and has many stuff going on for it, wide big pool, balcony, light, look, high ceiling I would honestly take more in-depth look of t he state of the house, neighbors , that hiking trail and can other people and do other people walk on it often, what happens when it rains, snows etc I think its worth doing detailed inspection of this house, its a good potential and somewhat worth its price ,considering todays state of economy and all
Even though price/size makes it a deal breaker and it doesn't fit Alex's needs, I loved the second house, sweet house with a great view. My favorite from this vid. The last house seems to fit what you are looking for, very cozy house with space for the kids. I would keep an eye on it, Alex.
It's certainly a tough decision when you have to pay so much. I really liked the 3rd one even though it didn't have a pool. That last one though...I'd say a 20 minute drive is definitely worth it to save some cash and get more bang for your buck. That seemed like a really nice house.

its 20 minutes at the moment but in few years that could be 40
I completely agree with you, the price drop and the added renovations and even less aged are insane for just 15ish minutes more
The last house very well decorated and looked after and totally amazing for the money
Last one ❤️
@@michalhudek *Because you drive the 118 every day. Right?*
I think the houses got better as the video went along.

I love the last house. If it was me and there aren't any major issues. That would be my pick.
The house with the nice smelling flower looks good to me because it has a lot of renovations done in it, the price is worth the house even with the location. the last house looks the best to my eyes and also the privacy is great and enough room for the kids to play in a safe environment which is also very important.
Wow, last one was exactly like a dream house. Very big and spacious plus had several rooms which the other ones don't have.
Also the pool was nice.
The last house looks great but I can just imagine a big mud slide from that hill the one time it rains covering the house!
That last one definitely looks the best out of all of them. Even with a 20 minute drive to work if I were looking to buy a house, I'd reaaaally really consider that last one
The last house looks awesome!

Wow that last house is beautiful I like it.
tour this home before its gone!
17780 Ridgeway Rd, Granada Hills
I liked that 3rd one, the 4th one (nice and modern - just not sure on the pink-ish bathroom lol) and the outdoors of the first one! You should see the size of houses in the UK lol - they are TINY! The quest for your daugters new house continues!! =D
The last house is very nice and open. If it was my money the last house is the one, I would choose.
Last one is beautiful- both surroundings and house itself as well.
The last house seems the best. A spacious backyard for the kids
1st and the last house are good, 2nd and 3rd house seems to have congested rooms.
1st and last house have wide area, tall walls, covered with trees which provide much privacy.
the last house seems to have much better air flow and sunlight.
The last one is very good nos it depends on you whether you want the house to be very close to your shop or it doesn't matter if you drive for 20 min
The second house, the view is amazing, location is everything.
I like the last house. 20 minutes is not bad at all and it looks comfortable for the family.
I live in Moorpark and frequently commute to Northridge, the traffic can get bad but not LA bad. The house in Simi Valley is a good contender for sure.
Hi Alex, I like the last house from this listing. You need to look at more houses, it's an important decision, for a lot of money.
The 3rd house is very nice and the last house is a must have and a no brainer.
The house in Northridge and the last house are the two top choices to look at.
The last one 😍
The last one is much better than others in terms of space , design and privacy.
The last house you viewed seemed to check a lot of your want list boxes.
That last house is definitely one of the best so far, if you're just looking to move straight in 👍
Like others mentioned, and you felt also, the last one looks like the best option from the others. Of course, if everything else is right with the house. The pool was also decent size and overall the whole property is renovated a lot.
It's your choice Alex. Maybe you can find an other one, or looking more houses to compare with this?
As I have seen, the kids also liked the house and you too. :)
If you choose the last one, and everything is acceptable, then with God bless, I will be happy for you too!
I dont know regarding american regulations but before year 2000 in UK all buildings contain asbestos. Be careful when drilling and doing any kind of renovations.
I think the last house is the winner it looks amazing i hope you consider it or keep it in mind it's just beautiful
I think 4th is the best.
Decent pool size, a lot of rooms and great garden.
Maybe the best that we saw out of all houses.
I would like the second one for its view and the last one.
The last house seems to be nicer that all of the other ones, plus it seemed big enough for your family.
That last house looks really nice , and 20 minutes away from your work its not bad for sure
Definitely liked the last one ,it was the most modern out of the ones you viewed.
I love the last house on the video. Seemed 'homely' and won't take much work to be a decent place to rest and recuperate.
House number 4 is so beautiful and the price is also not bad. The only thing i would do is to fill up the pool and use the garden.
last house seems to be be the right one, private, big enough, and verry comfortable.
The last house is a dream. If it's big enough for your familly, take it in consideration. Good luck
The last one looks the great 😃👍
i like first and last.. the first is so huge by European standards. Depends if you maintain or not. The last requires least maintenance and renovation.

Last house for sure. Work might be a little longer drive but the house size and comfort is more important
at 7:20 Its a nice family house but its just too expensive for its size, its like buying a average soldering iron that comes with 3-4 average tips , but the tips glow
20:30 the flower is a frangipani, genus Plumeria.
I like the last one it's look very nice ,so hop to get it for nice family , good lake my brother.
I love the fact yr daughter has picked up on your gripe with the ceiling height.
The last house, without a doubt :), apparently remodeled, large spaces, it may not have the view of others but it wins in other things.
Another vote on the last house 😁 that last house looked awesome.....love it
Last house. Even if its 20 minutes away from your work it is still a lot more decent and new than the other ones
The last one is very beautiful and I think 20 minutes away from your work is nothing. I like the pool and I like the room’s. But it if you can l.
The last house gets my vote. Your youngest daughter is so funny but she also pointed out a lot of things at each house. Best of luck in the house search let us know what you ended up buying.
The last one is the best
No matter 20 mts drive time. The ambience is wonderful. Pl finalise it.
Third house is the best in my opinion. Clean, new, good rooms distribution.
the last one is amazing

No.4 is something I'd buy.. good potential- Still a bit of work here and there.. much better than the rest.
love the Simi Valley house. Of all the ones you've looked at, that is my favorite.
The last house was better than all the houses that y visited as of now even am watching in the phone i fell like more comfortable and its cheaper compared than the others
the forth one, but I really enjoy watching these videos so maybe keep looking lol
No comment on houses, only you will know whats best for you and your family.

Good luck with your house hunting!
Some houses looks small but that's only because they are filled with fournitures and junk. The whole challenge of those visits is to project yourself into the house, without thinking of what's already inside.
the last one looks great.
The last house look very good
Go for the last one mate, it looks like you've already picked it when you left.
I vote for the last house😍 we love to see you and your family moving into that house
16:52 OHH YEA that is great, and I like that there is laundry area, washing machine and drying machine, great stuff
plus, office is sort of in a nice area, if anything goes bad, you can jump out of it fast
4th house or 1th (after broke all unnecessary walls) 1th house also has more privacy / distance to first next house from all others.
I like the house with the horse trails the best, from the earlier video.
alex last one was the best lovely house mate,. and cheapest.. wow.. wish i lived in usa,, nice,,
Last house had really good vibes. But those prices! Daaamn!
The last one looks the best and it's priced the best!🤠👍
hi Alex I would go with the last house and the name of the flower tree is Frangipani.
House number 3 and 4 for sure.. the 20 min drive for house 4 is worth the extra you get for your money.. all the best from Australia.
If the inspection isn't too bad, it could be a good investment I guess...

very powerfull excellent smell in full moon i guess
or new moon... wonder the security behind the fence on hiking trail...
1.18 is your house. Everything is awesome about it. And 20 min to/from work are perfect to relax driving and disconnecting from the world (of course, just if you like driving)
The last one, and I think you should look to more houses that are 15-20 minutes ride.
You should give Mario a call and see what kind of offer they'll consider. That last house was pretty great.
house number 4 definitely. 20 minutes to drive to work isn't too bad. also a considerable saving compared to the other houses you looked at.
I love the first one but I think the last one is great too.
My commute is a little over an hour, so I'm kind of smirking here.
Hey northridge.. ...15:00... That hiking trail is amazing location. Im not sure how to explain ancient people and pyramid shaped mounds and monuments. But alot of things are over looked in location purchases.

The last house seems to fit what you are looking for, very cozy house with space for the kids. I would keep an eye on it, Alex.
I live in Simi, so I pick that one. Also, the whole town is currently getting fiber internet installed, look up "Simi Valley Fiber City".
If interest rate is not an issue, wait & prices & buyer competition should drop off. But interest rates are most certainly going to rise again.
I loved the last one💕
It's certainly a tough decision when you have to pay so much. I really liked the 3rd one even though it didn't have a pool. That last one though...I'd say a 20 minute drive is definitely worth it to save some cash and get more bang for your buck. That seemed like a really nice house.
Last one ist definitely the best one. Greets
I enjoy watching your videos :)
