She can also sing all her whistle tones with her mouth closed. Also watch her perform at Asia Pacific Song Festival 2017, she sings a note that 'm not sure humans are supposed to be hearing. She does it during the transition between songs so you have to be listening carefully. It will shake you!!! Great reaction you are actually one of the rare reactors to catch her breath control at the end. Morissette is about as close to being able to sing actual words as you can with whistle tones. Morissette is a dinky little thing at 5'1" and 100 lbs.. Where she gets her power from?...God!!! Thanks for your reaction it was great.

not bad for a video that's over 3 years old. I usually watch her videos almost everyday or nearly every day at her home. She does sessions almost every few days and is posted on her Channel call no less Morissette. Just a little FYI she uses kumu app which is a Filipina app. But she posted here on UA-cam.
ironically my wife is Filipina and she won't listen to any local Filipino but she'll listen to BTS and Westlife so I enjoy what I listen to and Morissette is her name
@@jmownsby I was the same as your wife, didn't care much for local artists here in the Philippines in the past except for a few like Regine Velasquez, Garys V, and a few others until I discovered Mori last year on UA-cam. She's missing out on a truly world-class talent if she has not heard Morissette. This girl changed my perspective of our local artists completely.

I'm so glad you finally did this one. She totally quieted you up at the end...lol. She is just like Dimash in that her singing makes you feel emotion and allows you to connect with it. Right after the whistle her voice reminds me of a bird flying in the sky, just soaring higher and higher. You definitely got the song - it was nice hearing a guy sing the chorus. But now it is time for you and your subscribers to react to another in my top 5-a young female vocalist in her teens from Russia who possesses the most unique mesmerizing memorable amazing atavistic tribunal primordial shaman goddess voice in the world -any age. Her name is Diana Ankudinova and at age 14 her incredible and legendary performance of an old ritual wedding folk song titled “ rechenka” ( River in English) Is -to this day-considered by many professional vocalists and coaches as the most unique and mesmerizing live performance by a vocalist -any age , in the history of Russian talent shows-adult or kids!! ( click the 3:32 one posted by HTP) . “Rechenka “ along with “ Human” and “ Wicked Game” contributed to her winning not only the kids contest for 2 consecutive years but catapulted her to international stardom.
And you might want to read a little about her tragic younger years as an orphan beaten so bad by her birth mother abandoned by her at age 3.

She entered her first kids contest in Russia where she sang a song that required masterful yodeling.

The judges said they didn’t press their buttons because they couldn’t teach her anything. She was beyond their level already. But this turned out to be a BLATANT LIE and one of the worse scandals in Russian talent contests. Because the following day it was revealed that the contest was “ fixed” the winner was “bought” before the show started. A total travesty of justice and revealing how corrupt this Russian kids show was at the time.
And the following days over 80 million who watched the contest when posted on UA-cam spit on the judges.
But she got her revenge the following year and year thereafter by winning not only the Russian contests in two consecutive years but 60 more awards and contests.
Please ( when you get the chance) UA-cam “ Diana Ankudinova yodeling”.
And you’ll witness a yodeling masterpiece and if you stay to near the end of the judges commentary ( making excuses and lying) you will hear a brief portion of the French song the judges asked her to sing that she NAILED!
