This was an OPM (Original Pilipino Music) written by Francis Salazar and was a finalist on a song writing competion in the Philippines. Just a background on her, She regarded as The Asias Phoenix. She was at the Voice PH and went as far as the semifinals. She had a small background on musicals,during her younger years, playimg Demi Lovato's part on Disney's "Camp Rock". Morissette's vocal type is a lyric soprano with five octaves and four notes (G♯2 - C6 - D8), making her the singer that has the widest vocal range in the Philippines. Hence she has got so much vocal space in her , u were right even from a tiny body, and thats crazy if you a 5 octaves voice range. She got musical influences of Mariah, Whitney and Celine etc. Another miraculous fact, she is a survivor from a throat tumour she had when she was 11 yrs old. Guess its really a miracle that she is meant to be singing and sharing her passion for everyone else. English is only her 3rd language & she also sang 1 song in Korean-Resignation. She has one of the widest vocal range, she has insane Dynamics, & there’s nobody better when it comes to evoking the audience’s emotions. If that makes sense.. But her singing some of the other songs like rise up.. Holy! My goosebumps got goosebumps.. But yea sometimes i have the subtitles on cause English is not my first language either and it helps me abit... But thats mostly on rap and lyrical rap. I used it sometimes when people sing but i dont listen that much to songs that are not American /english or Norwegian (im Norwegian)

Morissette is my second-favorite contemporary singer, behind only Angelina. This performance is simply spectacular.
Ok. This is really good. But she doing a different language and we dont understand it without subtitles. And i feel like that takes abit away from it..But still amazing! But do Rise Up (Andrea Day song) she sings it amazingly and yall see what this girl can do...
Please turn on the CC/English subs when listening to OPM (Original Pilipino Music) songs which could be in Bisaya (her native language) or in Tagalog (the one used in Showbiz & Luzon/northern part of the country) to appreciate more the performances. English is only her 3rd language & she also sang 1 song in Korean-Resignation. She has one of the widest vocal range, she has insane Dynamics, & there’s nobody better when it comes to evoking the audience’s emotions. It’s not just high notes for her but the total package but without the diva attitude.
@@leopardking2652 yea shes absolutely amazing.. Almost to good. I heard her sing stone cold and i liked the demi lovato version better cause morissette sang it too good. It was to perfect.. If that makes sense.. But her singing some of the other songs like rise up.. Holy! My goosebumps got goosebumps..
But yea sometimes i have the subtitles on cause English is not my first language either and it helps me abit... But thats mostly on rap and lyrical rap. I used it sometimes when people sing but i dont listen that much to songs that are not American /english or Norwegian (im Norwegian)
