When you put in that yellow wash at the end and the chimney smoke I was blown away. So beautiful and such atmosphere. I just can't say enough. I've watched several times and I'm sure I'll go back many times again. I've pinned this on one of my boards on Pinterest. Again thanks.

OMG this is awesome! That yellow wash in the middle was AMAZING!!!! But I don't think I like the spatters at the end. I know that is a "thing" in watercolor, but on this particular painting, I think it would have been better without it! THANK you for such an awesome demonstration!!!
Waaaooo. That is what is called Art with perfectionism, Everything looks so Talented and even the music was appropriately chosen for exactly the length of the video and the best relaxing Waltz ever that let's the eyes just abide by the dance rhythm till the end. Bravo !

would you tell us how do you treat your paper before you start painting. do u soak the back of paper in water? if u do, how long it takes? and how wet does it suppose to get? Does the painting side seems wet as well, I try to find the right amount of watery for the painting surface. Thanks for your sharing!

Just remember that the light is due to the contrast with the dark zone. So more the dark zone are dark, more you'll perceive light

I have never seen a yellow wash on top of such dark colors..this is such a great approach
It's just for temperature correction . with alizarine wash or yellow wash, or a mix, you'll warm up . And with a blue wash you'll cool down

Paper was totally dry when i started
