- Kyle Chrisley, son of Todd Chrisley, was arrested in Tennessee on Tuesday. A spokesperson for the Rutherford County Sheriff's Department confirmed the news to ET that Kyle was arrested for aggravated assault by Smyrna, Tennessee Police Department. The charges against Kyle come two months after his father began serving his 12-year sentence in federal prison for tax evasion and fraud. Todd's wife, Julie Chrisley, is currently serving a 7-year sentence.

I’ve always felt empathy towards Kyle or anyone who struggles with addiction. I hope one day he can overcome his addiction & get the help he needs.

Millions of kids all over the world have to deal with the same thing….but unlike Chloe, they don’t have extremely wealthy relatives or other family members willing to care for them. It’s interesting how social media is so quick to recognize the bad, instead of the blessings. I’m sure it is tough for her, but she’s got it better than most kids in her situation.

Addiction is rough but people that assume or pass judgment and they have children of there own be careful because you say things about other people could come back and bite you on your ass ! My husbands step mother used to tell people that my husband was a druggie or better yet a womanizer well know her son is a complete ADDICT and my husband is great ❤️

@@cecegiles7753are you delusional? Jail is for minor crimes & mainly misdemeanors, less then a year time for the most part. Todd is in federal prison for 12 years. It is not county time in a jail but a federal prison 🤦🏻♀️

Hello the chrisley Family hang in there I no ya can I think that u all r Good Folks so what about the taxes I'm sorry yas family are having a terrible time we all have some of us r worser then other people some not so bad.
