Pear & Nut Muffins:
Preheat oven to 400°.
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/3 cup whole wheat flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
2 tablespoons canola oil
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 (8-ounce) carton plain fat-free yogurt
1 large egg
2 cups finely diced peeled pear
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/2 tsp of pumpkin spice
Lightly spoon flours into dry measuring cups; level with a knife. Combine flours and next 3 ingredients (through salt) in a medium bowl; stir well with a whisk. Stir in ground walnuts. Make a well in center of mixture.
Combine brown sugar and the next 4 ingredients (through egg) in a small bowl; add to the flour mixture, stirring just until moist. Fold in diced pear.
Spoon batter into 15 muffin cups coated with cooking spray; sprinkle batter with turbinado sugar. Bake at 400° for 20 minutes or until muffins spring back when touched lightly in center. Remove from pans immediately. Place on a wire rack. Serve either warm or at room temperature.

(it needed to be done). m glad to hear a young woman boldly proclaim that she has firm boundaries, it is imperative for your health and emotional well being. And as far as the body shaming, maybe consider having moderators for your comment section like the UA-camr Stephanie Nicole, then you don't have to deal with that hateful rhetoric.

Hey Elle, fabulous idea for a series! I love how well-balanced and substantial your channel is. Congrats on the launch of Nouvelle Apparel- I'm sure we can expect great things to come.. I just wanted to give my input on LV agendas because I own both the PM and MM size. While the PM size is definitely very cute and portable, it does have some drawbacks, including difficulty in writing (due to the extremely small pages) and limited number of pages that fit into its miniscule rings. It became quite cumbersome to use as a daily agenda, so I upgraded to the MM size which I find more comfortable and practical. I mostly use the PM agenda now as an elaborate wallet/business card holder and just to jot down quick notes. Also, its pen slot is very tiny- but a Tiffany pen fits in perfectly :) Hope this helps! Good luck!

Keep up all the great work and as far as those people who actually spend their time writing hate comments, I just feel sorry for them. No one with the right sense would have hate for you...jealousy maybe. Personally, I have learned to love my so called, "haters". Their are just people out there in this world that cannot be happy for their fellow human being. You are a strong, successful women and some people just don't like that. While I was just watching this video, the mail arrived and in it my Nouvelle Apparel scarf in the color Hawaiian Orchid (that I ordered less than a week ago) arrived - I LOVE it! SUCH good advice for any young woman starting out in her career. I am a lot older than you but it is something which I must constantly remind myself of and ensure that I stay true to my standards. Btw, I have been considering the agenda for two years now and having looked and looked I really believe that the LV classic pm is just hard to beat. They seem to wear amazingly well while also ticking all the boxes for content and versatility, somI think it will be my Christmas present to myself this year.
