- All the rehearsals are now over and the 65th Eurovision Song Contest will happen next week! Now it's the time to take a look at My Top 39 After Rehearsals! I also added my comments (I sometimes like to write long so don't hesitate to pause the video) and predictions (very wrong ones lmao). Agree with your opinion specially Switzerland, there's something off with the presentation. I thought it was a sure win until I saw the staging. Its kinda trying to be artsy x mainstream at the same time, which for me isnt bad but it destracts the song itself. 🙃 p.s. most annoying entry for me. Tiktok. Urgh

In the rehearsals he wasted and disrespected the Eurovisions staff time by messing about in his 3rd rehearsal, when he could’ve just said he didn’t want to do it. He also looks like he doesn’t want to be there and acts like it which it disrespectful to Georgia itself as he was given a second chance and there are probably many artists in Georgia who dream to represent Georgia and he is just making a mock out of it

What a contest this will be. For 2019, I feel like it was more that certain that the Netherlands was going to win but with this year, we have 6 potential winners: Lithuania, Malta, Switzerland, Bulgaria, France and now Italy.

Don't forget Iceland and San Marino. Nevertheless, I think San Marino have little chances as well as Lithuania, but Iceland is a real potential winner. We could also add Russia and Cyprus to that list.

To be honest I think that your predictions are very realistic. Here are some of my thoughts and predictions :)
I don’t think that Italy will win, but it’s not a bad song either. It will probably reach like a 4 th place in televoting, but juries will probably mess everything up. (3-10 place)
Oh, Switzerland. I left speechless when I heard the song for the first time. The vocals are magnificent and the staging looks amazing and modern. As a first sight viewer I would definitely vote for Switzerland. (Q, 1-4 place)
I completely agree with Azerbaijan and Moldova not qualifying! :)
And about France. It will definitely reach top 5, I’m pretty sure, even possible juri winner, but the televoters can mess up things right here a little. I still think she can possibly win somehow. (1-3 place)
Next stop - Iceland. I love this entry. I think the staging is cool and they look pretty different from the other performers. I have no idea what the juries will do with this but I see this high in televoting though. It can surprise us by winning ESC. (Q, 1-7 place)
Lithuania. I love this entry, they are so iconic! I personally would love to see them winning but I don’t think it will happen because of the juries. (Q, 4-10 place)
I personally see next years Eurovision taking place in Bern (Switzerland) with Italy and Malta behind (Maybie France aswell) Switzerland will probably win according to the juries and probably get given a high score by the Televotes, I personally think Italy will win the Televotes, making them second, it is hard to say who is gonna win tho

Semi 1 is so tough this year! But if I had to make a prediction it’d look something like this:
Guaranteed qualifiers (in random order):
Malta, Cyprus, Lithuania, Russia, Ukraine, Sweden.
No chance of qualifying (unless something like Fire Saga happens): North Macedonia
Basically no chance, but could still see it finish 9-10th:
Slovenia. Shocker, I know, but let me explain. There are a lot of pop influenced songs in Semi 1 and the only other ballad is North Mac., so if the Jury would be in a good mood for ballads during the show, I could see Slovenia *maybe* finishing 10th.
Australia and Ireland. I really love these two, but I just think there are more mainstream songs in the semi which will make them less memorable, they are my favorites in semi 1, but I sadly only see a maximum of one of them going to the final.
Unsure:
Israel. We all know that every year they mention that “Eurovision isn’t about politics blah blah blah” but we all know that the juries (either intentionally or unintentionally, please don’t sue) has some political opinions about the competing countries, and considering the recent escalation in the Israeli-Palestinian conflict I think there’s a possibility of people viewing Israel negatively in the Semi, but Eden is a literal queen so I think they still have a chance. Prediction: Borderline Qualifier
Azerbaijan. I personally love this song, but I think the targeted demographic of the song isn’t the same as the average Eurovision voter, so I don’t really see it doing that well with the public, so I think it’s down to the juries to decide it’s position. Prediction: Borderline NQ
Norway, Belgium: I just think it’s the wrong semi for them, there are a lot of Balkan countries in this semi and I think the juries will vote a lot for their neighbors in this semi (more than normally), which is why I think both of these will have a hard time in this semi, would they have been in semi 2 I think they would have had a chance at qualifying. Prediction: NQ, very unsure though.
Positive they will qualify:
Romania: If vocals improve, I’d probably love this to guaranteed qualifier because of the high number of Balkan countries in this semi, love Roxen tbh. Prediction: Qualifer
Croatia: Love the song and love Albina, only reason I think this is qualifying is the high number of Balkan countries and its possibility to get public votes. Prediction: Qualifying, might even reach top 5.
But there’s always the possibility of me being completely wrong, we’ve only seen snippets of the stagings so far so it’s hard to say how it’ll look during the show.

WELL I MOSTLY AGREE WITH YOUR PREDICTION , BUT I HAVE SOME DISSAGREEMENTS.
France is the juries winner without a doubt but I think televote will mess all stuffs and this may finish like an Australia 2016 .. (4 televote , 1 juries , 2 overall )
About Azerbaijan .. Even though Juries wont appreciate it so much it will get enough points to come to 11 or 12 place and then televote will save it and might be a borderline qualifier (9 or 10) . In the Final it may End Up like Denmark 2019 . ( 10 in semi Final , 12 in the Final )
Albania will also qualify Juries will save it . Also after the rehearsals we are getting kinda the hype around it .
Latvia might be a shock qualifier . It may come 11with juries (Estonia, Finland , Denmark will give the main points then some points from the others would be enough ) and 9 with Televotes .
Romania is the potential Dark Horse this year . Remember Belgium 2017 .Her vocals weren't so good. Juries put her 11 in the semi final and televote saved it . And then in the Grand Final it came 4 overall . So maybe Romania wont come fourth , but Top 10 for sure .
Italy or San Marino will win the televote . Possibly Top 5 and top 10 relevantly
The most possible winner might be Switzerland . Coming second with both televote and juries .
Malta is good but juries wont put it over Switzerland and France .
And Croatia have chances to qualify over Australia . Dont get me wrong I really want Australia to qualify she deserves it but I'm so afraid of televote .
The biggest supporter for Latvia will be Georgia, I am sure of that. Georgia always gives Latvia high points, both televote and juries.
Other than that, Latvia’s result is very unpredictable this year.

Honestly, I predict Ireland is gonna qualify. They seem to have thought a lot about making the staging interesting, and that tends to push the song through regardless of the song itself (remember Moldova 2018)

\I adore the song, the dude, the video. The rehearsal snippet looks extremely disappointing but I’ll wait until I see the complete presentation.
2 ITALY
\I adore the band more than the song but the snippet looks really promising. This may be my final winner.
3 FINLAND
\I loved this from day one and hasn’t let me down since.
4 FRANCE
\Wonderful song, performer and presentation but not special enough to be a winner.
5 BELGIUM
\I love the quality of this. The presentation is not boosting or ruining it.
6 LITHUANIA
\”On fire” was much better for me and the snippet looks kind of underwhelming but I hope their charisma will prevail. The dude is a huge star and he must shine!
7 UKRAINE
\I preferred the first version of the song but it’s still interesting and the snippet looks great. I see this climbing higher in my ranking.
8 GREECE
\Our best entry since 2013. I like the song and the girl and I still hope for a great presentation.
9 ESTONIA
\Call me a middle-aged mom but I love this. The dude is super-gorgeous, sings properly a very nice song. I can’t see why he’s so underrated.
10 AUSTRALIA
