I made the Biryani just as you did with the help of Bombay Biryani Masala which I found at My Spice Sage. I adjusted the heat with the number of chilis and the amount of the spice mixture I used. It was delicious. I will be making it again. Thank you for the inspiration. I love your videos. I especially love that you share your bounty with the children of the village; they are adorable. Wish I could cook beside you, Chef Tavakkul.

Big ups fam, from this dude's first video where he couldn't speak more than a few words of English to giving us a full breakdown of his meal prep in English I take my hat off to him. He had me at breyani masala.
he put turmeric and chill powder calling it biriyani masala hahaha... he still doesn't have a hang of the masalas, but creates some content we watch it :)
Yes he speaks English and we cannot speak Azerbaijani, sad that we expect everyone to speak English yet the majority of people can only speak English and no other languages, I’ve traveled a lot of countries in my 74 years life, and can speak English Spanish Portuguese French German Hindi Urdu and a couple of African dialects, I’m learning Arabic now, languages are great to learn, and if you travel a lot it’s wonderful being able to understand what people are saying in their own languages. We should all try to learn at least two, I’d love to learn Hebrew and Chinese Japanese don’t think I’ll have enough time, who knows, anything is possible if we try and try you will succeed. You have cooked the chicken perfectly perfect 👍 SOOOPER 💞
But for rice you need to boil it 3/4th cooked.. leave the grain a bit uncooked.. then in a big cooking pot start laying the rice, then chicken, then rice and on top of rice add saffron and green chillies , mint leaves, and fried onions and some oil and steam with covered lid for 20 minutes on extremely low fire... Then pour out .. and ya. You can add boiled eggs and potatoes to the chicken while cooking .. we always do that ..
