Bend, Oregon has more craft breweries per capita of any city in the United States! And Larry Sidor, Crux Fermentation Project founder and brewmaster, has more years of brewing experience than most anyone around.
Larry's decades of brewing experience ranges from micro to macro breweries including Deschutes Brewing. Larry started Crux Fermentation Project and quickly turned it into a regional powerhouse.
In this video, we do a deep dive with Larry over a flight of beers and he shares his approach to brewing, their upcoming beer releases, the Bend Ale Trail, and why he thinks more and more women are becoming craft beer fans.
