  • A second order reflective-reflective construct (Hedonic Motivation for Shopping) has been validated using Smart PLS in this video. This video guides you how to validate a higher order construct and use it in a conceptual model. CFA and SEM both techniques have been explained. CFA was conducted by selecting Factor Option in Consistent PLS Algorthm, and SEM was conducted using Path Option in PLS Algorithm. Bootstrapping test with the sub-samples of 5000 was conducted to confirm the significance of the results.
