No, it's don't spin. You can use the rose cable of Lykke. It' spin ;)

I don't think that the correct pronunciation of the Norse brand name is important for a product made in Nepal by an American company. The only Norwegian thing about the needles is the enormously high price. The needles and hooks are excellent, but totally overpriced. Those from Prym are also excellent and expensive, but cost 1/3 less, those from Pony are also good, partly made in the Himalayan region and don't even cost half as much.
And please... I should honestly polish the needles and should buy an extra Lykke polishing cloth for that? Are you kidding…
