I've wound a few of these for high power flyback converters, I recommend you sandwich the primary between the layers of the secondary, it decreases leakage inductance.

Not free winding. One side to other side. Example right to left or left to right. So different potential wires will not touch each other. If touch then can be short circuit.

The thing is you use 100 mega ohm resistor...not 1k..regarding to the transformer you better wound only ONE-TWO LAYERS of insulating tape..not selotape

Can I increase the spark gap using high voltage ceramic capacitor parallel to the secondary.
Hello. 1k resistor is too big if you use mosfet. 100ohm resistor is enough. Or 220ohm resistor for 1500 winding secondary.

I don't think that 50 layers of tape plus 10 layers winding will fit in such small ferrite core.

Yes, needs 3.7v to 4.2v for MOSFET. And the MOSFET needs about 1.5 to 2 amps power.
So why mobile battery is not working???? It is 3.7 V. But I don't know how much amps it supply.
Do you have a multimeter? then measure the battery voltage when the circuit is on. It needs to be around 3.7v.
