Did any of you people actually watch this? Recap. Emma pulls a study out of her butt, Singal knows if inside and out, Emma puts it away cuz she has no idea cuz she didn’t actually read it. Sam attacks Jesse cuz according to Sam he didn’t put a phrase in his article, Jesse debunks that, Sam then states Jesse should have put that in his article earlier. Sam and Emma proceed to try and overtalk Jesse the entire time.
I don’t think Jesse is arguing in good faith, I agree, it’s a total waste of time. And you bring a good point, just like with Sam Harris, he claims not to be a bigot, but somehow a bunch of bigots are constantly defending him
I have no idea who this guy is cause they didn't let him finish a sentence. Usually they destroy people by using their arguments against them but i really didn't get what was the issue cause the guy couldn't say a word.
@@chadalpha7983 This seems like a post hoc explanation. If their intent from the beginning was just to shout over him because his position isn't worth debating, shouldn't they have said that to him before he called in? Couldn't everyone Majority report, Jesse and all the viewers saved 20min. The more I think about you comment the less since it makes. You watching a reaction video to a "debate" of something that isn't worth debating.
@@chadalpha7983 First thing, he was invited by Emma. Secondly you seem to be comparing how one should treat a caller versus how one should treat a guest that’s not really what I was getting at. I’m saying, if you don’t plan to have a conversation, you should tell someone that at the beginning of the interaction not simply pretend to have a conversation for 20 minutes.
Why didn’t Sam say it was Sam Harris who wrote the Iraq piece - really really bad faith take from Seder I know you guys love him but most people who watch this will see that A) Jesse couldn’t get a word in edgeways B) Emma backed down from going on his show cause deep down she knows he would show her up on this issue and C) Sam was definitely scared as he doesn’t know Jesses take on trans and did his usual change the subject tangent with the Iraq war analogy - people aren’t scared of Sam they know he’s bad faith
The idea that this guy should be hung out to dry just because people are misquoting his work is wild. Sam's tactics are argument here are just bad. A rare L for the majority report.

Jesse might not be a leftist, but he sure has leftist audio.
So true!

Sam and Emma's interview was in bad faith, and, they pulled a FOX News tactic and talked over him for 10 minutes.
@@chadalpha7983 I'm not sure it makes much of a difference
