I was there a month ago , while it’s a big city in Russia, it’s not that modern hence there isn’t a huge foreigners diaspora . My bet will be English teaching online could be an option.

The architectural ensemble in the neo-Russian style is formed by: the main building, a residential wing for employees, a wrought-iron fence with gates, a clock bell. The reason for the construction was 50th anniversary of the State Bank of the Russian Empire, celebrated in 1910, and upcoming celebrations in honor of the 300th anniversary of the Romanov House in 1913.

Ужас, а говорили, что город преобразился, так он как был захолустьем, так и остался. Такое впечатление, что в городе только по набережной приятно прогуляться, остальной город - бомжатник.
ну я понимаю, что ты имеешь в виду. Есть несколько новых зданий, но дороги, к сожалению, не очень хорошие. Набережная действительно такая красивая
Да ладно,я живу здесь далеко не в центре. Аллеи благоутраивают, детские площадки и т.д. А то,что здания в центре старинные пытаются сохранить,так это норм. Их хотя бы реставрируют по мере возможности. И вроде мусор то не валяется ни где. Так где же бомжатник увидели?
