You might consider getting a wattage tester. They're inexpensive but allow you to measure power outputs. (Fridge, Stove, AC, etc) it will assist in determining how much power you need to run your house/homestead.

I have the Delta 1300 (1st version; No BT or Wi-Fi) and the Delta II with 2 extra batteries. I use at least one of them daily. The Delta II powers my washer, dryer, hotplate, 12v frying pan, Keurig, cordless vacuum, a pair of bitcoin mini box miners and my 9k mini split. i have a 400w panel that keeps it charged. Be sure and setup the app and always keep it plugged in. It only handles 500 of solar, but will charge FAST on AC up to 1500w. When you build your solar system.. OVERBUILD it. You'll not regret it later. 5000w of solar and 10KWh of batteries. Victron has some nice solid equipment and great warranty and support as well. current connected in Vegas is probably the closest dealer for you. I'm gonna get some land in the Kingman area and live off grid too.
