    Very true... Vivo is almost opertional, Film city is also awarded, fencing is done and works have started. Other industries are waiting for the airport to launch once airport is launched other industries will also be operational soon. Their employees would need nearby spaces to live... Think... Think..

      Let's suppose airport and vivo is operational, now as a end user what one can get from this? Airpory starting me bs kargo k liye hoga, airport yhan se 15 km se bhi jyada dur h, vivo me low salaried emp work krenge, jo na tou jyada rent pay kr payenge aur hi 2cr ki property lene wala vivo me job krega. Film city Noida me bhi h, fim city k aane se other residential pe kya frk padega? Waise film city ka future achya nhi h, Mumbai wale kabhi bhi nhi ayenge yhan, bas bihari movies wale aayenge. Yamuba ek nhi city ban rhi h, nyi city banne me time lgta h. Greater Noida banne me 25-30 yrs lg gye. Khud gov k mastet plan 2031 n 2041 me chize hain, tou abhi si hype bna k rate bahut jyada kr diya, ab investment ka koi jyada aprreciation aane wale 4-5 saal tk nhi milne wala.

    Dear sir if industry sector like Ghaziabad, Faridabad, bhiwadi not developed very well compare corporate like Gurugram, Noida because in corporate their skills man power but industry their unskilled man power I don't agree with you your view.

      Bhul kar bhi mat bechna greater Noida expressway par flat hi 6-6 crore ke bik rhe hai

      Thank you for taking the time to watch my video and for reaching out with your question. I think the value for the same would be around 2.30cr+. If you can wait for another 6 months, it would be better. Till the time first flight takes off, rates are expected to rise. Thereafter, there would be some stability in prices.

      ​@@lalitgupta8840bhai jin projects ki baat kr rhe ho, wo Noida expressway pe hain, aaj k noida k aaj k Yamuna se tou mt compare kro. Yamuna ka rate 70k per sqmt h, Noida ka rate 2 se 2.5L per sqmt h.

    Only airport hi sach hai else everything u mentioned not yet starting we are listening for the last 20 years about that but not yet a single stone of anything putted yet

      It's true, infrastructure development takes a long time. But this is normally the best time for investors or mid-class people to buy or invest in property. For example, you can buy a 300 sq.mtr. plot in Rs.2cr. in sec-18 / 20 now. Can you buy the same size plot in Greater Kailash? When the development would be in full swing, it will go beyond reach for common people.

      I am talking about the future not present. Gurgaon used to be a backward district in Haryana but because of proximity to IGI Airport, it is at par with south Delhi. The biggest airport in India or Asia is going to come up here. Please see the future yourself. Thanks...
