also there's big difference to filming in public and purposely creeping round the beach to get up ass shots, if he didn't think he was doing anything wrong he wouldn't have tried to slink off like he did. can and would be arrested in a lot of places if people reported it

I really do feel sorry for you people, not just the spelling/grammar, but ... ok, i'll stop here, before i make it sound even worse than it is.
As for the lady on the beach ... her 4$$ is shown online, why reacting that shocked?
Yes, it's creepy, but she seemed shocked over the fact he's making pics/video of her, not that he's too close (seeing as he walked away as soon as she stood up).
To all of those who think that way, i'll just tell you to remember you're in public. You aren't alone on the planet, or where you point your camera.
And the fact it took her a bit to realize he was doing it XD
If she'd be in real danger, she'd be too distracted by her fans to notice it in time.

Aside from that, i hope the man at least got a warning or fine... or temporary ban(a month would work) from the beach.
A fine for what crime? You're allowed to record at a public place otherwise the girl should be fined too for recording there...

And yes, i've been a supporter of stricter recording and streaming laws in public for a long time.
You can't even breathe without someone able to record/stream it, and show it to others.
Many gym th0ts and ah0les have been recording men (women acting as if 1 glimpse was stalking, and men in the lockerrooms, where a nekk'd man was changing clothes), and Even 2 decades, kids were bullying another kid outside, and recorded and uploaded it.
So yes, stricter public recording and streaming laws are needed!
In Japan they became stricter, only cuz some streamers(mainly Americans) have been screwing around with people a LOT.
Do we really have to wait for it to become way worse, to finally do something, when the damage has been done?!
So yes, if she'd record/stream others, making them feel uncomfortable, then it'd be the same rules.
This one was mild, so a small fine, ban from the beach for a bit, or a simple warning, would be best.
Everyone needs to know their limits, those gym th0ts, creeping men, and everyone else, too.
@@Kurachi84 wall of text, but no substance. What is the crime that warrants a ban? Recording in a public space is legal, which is why she can do it too. 'Target' means nothing. I agree neither should be recording there ethically, but unless it's illegal then both are allowed.
