ShartimusPrime Biography:
Inspired by watching boring Transformers action figure reviews, the ShartimusPrime youtube channel was launched in 2008. Engaging the audience with an edgy sense of humor for adult collectors, action figure collecting has never been this fun, and videos are posted daily! Unexpectedly, the channel became more popular for Marvel Legends reviews and Spider-Man, Avengers, and X-Men collection display videos. After a few years, the channel has branched out to review other figure properties aside from Marvel Legends and G1 Transformers Masterpiece. Hot Toys, Star Wars, Diamond Select Toys, DC Collectibles, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Dragon Ball Z, Attack on Titan, Godzilla, Evil Dead, and The Walking Dead toy lines have all been added to the roster of nearly 2,000 video reviews. Japanese import figures from SH Figuarts, Bandai, Figma, Square Enix, and Medicom MAFEX have been favorites as well. More recently, Kotobukiya Statues (including the very sexy Bishoujo line) and NECA Toys have become more prevalent on the channel. Being a big fan of movies such as Spider-Man, Batman, X-Men, Iron Man, Captain America, The Avengers, Evil Dead, Pacific Rim, Aliens, and other films has lead the channel in the direction of also reviewing movies, movie trailers, blu ray releases, and tv shows. News updates for 2016 releases and beyond are also posted. Audience engagement is a big part of this channel, with giveaways and fan mail being read publicly once a week in the PO Box Pick-Up videos. Impressive “Shart-Art” is shared via social media and included in the opening theme song. The audience is also kept up to date with any changes to the channel, along with recent comic book pick-ups, unboxings, and action figure hauls. Stop-motion segments punishing the popular meme of the Big Time Let Down Spider-Man close most of the comparison segments, and are compiled together for guaranteed access to patrons. Lastly, all figure reviews close with a slideshow featuring dynamic poses of the figure inspired by ACBA, with the added bonus of music performed and recorded by ShartimusPrime himself.

Ever since I was a kid and I saw the Green Lantern episode of Superman, the animated series, this guy has always been my favorite, DC comics villain. He always has such an awesome presence and played by somebody awesome whenever he appears.
I think for 30 bucks they should have given him more constructs or something, but I’m definitely going to have to pick this guy up.
30 bucks is not worth it for what you get

I agree with you Shartimus, some more Green Lantern characters would be great. I would love to see like a mega fig kilowagg. Sinestro's daughter, the evil red lantern cat, I can't can't remember their names off the top of my head right now either. Heck I'd love to see my favorite green lantern, the ever-loving Guy Gardner.
The problem is they don’t sell as well... that’s why we have tons of Batman related stuff… the other day I saw a butt load Jay Garrick flash sitting on a shelf. Unfortunately a lot of D.C characters are niche

Call me crazy but my favorite Sinestro is still the yellow DCUC, obviously outdated but still pops on the shelf and solid head sculpt.
This figgy here, has some okay bits I like the translucent lantern and the other construct, the paint/plastic is pretty nice,

I only think this version of the line is thirty dollars. The standard twenty dollar figures are still ongoing. I wasn't going to pick up any figures from this new line. I mean, why pay more for a fancy box and trading card stand? Then I decided I wanted the Golden Age heroes.
30 bucks? In Canada they go for damn near 40 bucks...
The “card holder” is a weird choice.
If that’s the only thing the remaining budget could afford them, then maybe, but that can’t be the case.
Bit of a waste for a set that is supposed to be Mcfarlane’s deluxe line. Especially when the set lacks basic added hand parts.
At least figures like this are limited to a different series. As long as McFarlane maintain their normal figure pricing there’s no compromise on quality and product lineup.
God forbid they do something logical and give us a flight stand instead of a stupid card holder.
I wonder if all the New McFarlane DC figures will be $30 ? I remember Todd McFarlane bragging he could sell his figures for $20. I guess not anymore ? The figure does look cool though. Great video Shartimus 👍

Parallax entity deluxe megafig or BAF, still my most wanted from DC after all these years. As for this, easily one of the very best McFarlane has put out for the line thus far.
It’s sad that they showed the Sinistero Corp in Green Lantern The Animated Series and Green Lantern Sequel, it’s like Green Lantern doesn’t get enough respect as the other heroes
He should be $24.99 and come with a yellow lantern wave with an Arkillo BAF piece

Very nice but too pricey...if he came with a ton of accessories and a extra head sculpt then I think it would have been much more worth it.

It's nice in the way we have come to expect the paint apps on McFarlane Toys to be, but the extra you are paying for. What you are getting for the extra $10 is very underwhelming. An underwhelming stand for the card, and unnecessary fancy packaging.
It's a beautiful figure, just too pricey.
McFarlane figures are more miss than hit in my opinion. I saw this one in Target and thought it was a hit but not at $30.
I have been telling many people who were busting a nut over Todd McFarlane figures that he was going to raise the prices on them at some point
